I'm sorry to hear that Manc. I had seen your last post last week but felt I had nothing to contribute to the thread so didn't say anything.
I wanted to post yesterday but all my posts look like I'm feeling sorry for myself and that in itself is getting me down but since you have I'll say what I was going to in the hope it offers you a little bit of comfort if at all possible.
I had a pretty rubbish weekend. I spent most of Sunday in pain with menstrual pain which I still keep getting on and off. I had one particularly bad episode and was in total shock when I went to the loo and there was nothing there. I was in pain from the cramps and in pain because my heart was breaking from what I was expecting to find. I'm still AF free atm but have such mixed emotions of wanting it to start and not. When I was pg my bleeding started 18th Dec and then eventually stopped 4th January so I am expecting AF any day.0 -
Hi Athens, thank you for sharing, I know exactly how you feel. I had cramps on and off and kept expecting AF but nothing, then the cramps stopped and there she was! I'm also having waves of feeling sorry for myself but more interspersed with waves of determination for next time now. Every day is different though. Sending you strength for this week XxMancMama4 (35) TTC since Apr 15, MMC Dec 15, Our Rainbow Baby Charlie arrived Dec 16 :heart2:0

I don't for a minute think that anyone wants a running commentary of the workings of my body but AF still hasn't arrived. After the bad pains Sunday and a little bit on Monday there's still nothing. I'm still in that phase of 4-6 weeks after the mc (I think). Spotting started 18th Dec, passed clots 22nd Dec and bleeding stopped 4th Jan, so I've been calculating 4-6 weeks from 4th Jan.0

Athens please try not to worry, I was told 4-6 weeks and maybe even longer, be kind to yourself, our bodies have been through a lot of trauma and it may take time for things to settle.
I had acupuncture last week (heard good things) and the practitioner recommended I have a break from the obsessive testing and tracking so trying to do that this month - I am still going to do ov tests Days 10-20 as I want piece of mind I am actually oving again but not going to use the CBFM, check cm or temp and definitely no preg testing in the 2 ww. I have a good idea of when ov is normally so as long as we go for it this week we have a chance. Not putting pressure on though, I am really trying to relax about it all XxMancMama4 (35) TTC since Apr 15, MMC Dec 15, Our Rainbow Baby Charlie arrived Dec 16 :heart2:0 -

It is possible to be pg again already if you've been playing tents .. It may be worth checking.
Did you have a scan to check everything had definitely passed? I had nearly 4 months of on-off bleeding, neg tests and the m/c'd sac was still present.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

I had a scan at the hospital which confirmed everything had come away. Waited the 2 weeks as told by the epau and tested which came up negative, so my hcg level had returned to normal.
I did know it was a possibility so tested on Saturday just to make sure and it was negative so will just have to wait it out I guess.
ETA: Forget that she's arrived. Have just been crying in work, but then I also feel relieved.0 -
Athens I'm relieved for you, at least you know where you are up to for now - I also felt sad to see AF but also liberated as I was finally free of the massive shadow that had been hanging over me for weeks. CD13 here and no sign of ov yet but hopeful for a BD filled Valentine's weekend. There's a couple of lovely ladies who have had losses over on the TTC thread now if and when you feel strong enough to join us. At least we have each other XxMancMama4 (35) TTC since Apr 15, MMC Dec 15, Our Rainbow Baby Charlie arrived Dec 16 :heart2:0

Just popping in again as don't want to drag down the ttc thread. CD19 and no surge yet from opks, might have missed it I guess but the not knowing is driving me mad and I promised myself I wouldn't temp, check cm or anything other than 1 opk per day... I just want to get back to normal. Going for my 2nd acupuncture session later and hoping it will perk me up as feeling really low today after a good week or so. Sending hugs to all who need them XxMancMama4 (35) TTC since Apr 15, MMC Dec 15, Our Rainbow Baby Charlie arrived Dec 16 :heart2:0
