Hi everyone
I have been lurking on this thread and reading all the posts and decided to write as I am feeling particularly fed up today.
I had my first miscarriage July 2013 and then very sadly and coincidently had my second at the end of June this year. Both were the only times in my life that I have been pregnant and I was told that the baby had died first time at 6.5 weeks and the second time at 7 weeks.
I felt dreadful this time the whole why me, why twice, will it ever happen to me again etc etc. I have been okay as I took 2 weeks off work but had a particularly bad day today.
I felt better reading all the posts on here and it comforted somewhat. I have been referred to the hospital and I have my appointment in September 22nd. I am a little worried because I still have not had a period yet. The first miscarriage we let it go naturally but this time I had surgical management because I was not even bleeding this time... So cruel.
I still have not had a period and I had the surgical management on Friday 27th June. Feel so teary writing this now.
Just wanted to share my story because I don't really talk about it too much to family and friends as they all think I cope 'so well' and I am 'so strong' blah blah. I know when I have my moments alone how sad I sometimes feel though.
Thanks for reading, all advice and comments appreciated xx0 -

So sorry Angel x
I don't know about surgical management but i had medical management on 22nd june and have just started my period. I know they say can be up to 8 weeks although i know how frustrating it is waiting.
That is good you have been referred, hope they can help you in some way.0 -
So sorry to hear you have been through this twice Angel
It is hard when people just assume you are strong and will cope, it sort of shuts down conversations and support. Its okay to be raging, upset, jealous, sorrowful and whatever else. All were part of the process for me anyway. ((((Hugs)))) Hope the appointment goes well.
Part Mouse I hope you're hanging in there. Sending lots of ((((hugs)))) too.
Wendz that is great your cycle is restarting, upsetting though. I hope you're feeling okay.:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0 -
