LJ9982 and Adrenalina, I am so sorry to hear your sad news :-( I wish nobody had to go through this awful experience. The hugest of virtual hugs to you both.
Tealover I have been thinking of you a lot, it must be an especially hard due date, I am sure you just want happy Christmas everything to disappear. It's not fair that life just goes on. You will come out the other side and hopefully 2014 is going to be a lot better than this pants year. Hugs xx:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0 -

I hope it does for you.
The one thing I can say to try to help is that although you'd rather be at home, of course you do, at least where you are now you've got the drs and nurses to ask for any help or worries you have, my nightmare was always bleeding uncontrollably at home & not coping with pain. So you are in the safest place. Is your DH able to be with you? X0 -

We are at home now - hospital protocol is just to administer the medication and check your vitals for a couple of hours after to check no reactions to the medication and then send you off - you only come back to them if the bleeding/pain is 'more than a heavy period/too painful' - their words...... My other half was with me and is home with me now. Just in bed - it's just the waiting now for it to start0 -

I really hope it's over with quickly. Try to distract yourself as much as possible, watch films/trashy TV, read books/magazines if you can concentrate, eat chocolate, anything that usually makes you feel better. It's a horrible thing to go through, so do all you can to surround yourself with home comforts until the worst is over.0 -
Totally agree with betty's post. Just take care of yourself and hopefully the physical side will be over soon for you. Thinking of you x.0

LJ I hope you are coping ok. Do whatever feels right to you, but I was encouraged to walk around rather than lie down to see if it helps start things off.
Adrenalina I'm sorry for your loss. Claire is right in saying we are the group that no one wants to join, but we are lucky to have each other. Hopefully we can all help you through it a little XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Hello all,
just dropping in to say I'm really sorry to see this thread so busy again, wonderful though the support here is - also sending love and best wishes to everyone, particularly those with recent/ongoing losses and with due dates looming. Time will help you to feel less awful but please know you are not alone. Post as much as you need, someone will always come by to offer you a hand.

Scary isn't it? Thankfully I was already in hospital when I blacked out, your poor DH must have been so frightened. Big hugs for both of you.
Make sure you get on iron tablets for at least 3 months. I was only given a week's worth by the hospital and I've never felt so ill and weak in my life. My GP was disgusted.
I hope you can relax a little now that the worst (physical) bit is over. Please keep talking on here though as the emotional bits are just as bad to deal with XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
