I had loads after my miscarriage. It is so painful to be happy for someone else and not be bitter. My OH Boss's partner is pregnant and their baby is due 2 days after my angel baby would have been. I know he finds that hard but he is so positive this is our time now.

Are you having accupunture now? Infections seem to keep coming to you- are they the same ones or different?

I still find it funny this time last year we were talking about having a baby and the journey it has taken and the year we have had with other things. I lost my last grandparent, our car went up in flames and a family member was in intensive care. It has all happened.

Girls weekend sounds good. Always a lot of fun. I do hope you have a lovely time. xx

Dr said ask consultant. Consultant wasn't worried in the slightest and said it can take months sometimes. In one weeks time I will have missed 3 months.

He did say I could ask GP for a 10 day course of meds which will then cause a withdrawal bleed and may kickstart my cycle. I really wanted it to come back naturally though so I then knew everything was ok.

Started bleeding this morning :( I'm going to ring the EPAU tomorrow (haven't had a chance today as we've been at my SILs wedding) but am guessing I'll still go for the scan on Monday, to check that all is ok or something?

Anyone who has had a 'natural' miscarriage, please can I ask roughly how long this is going to take? Or is it as long as a piece of string?

My friends has taken about 3 weeks. But I think it is a bit as long as a piece of string.

Thanks everyone I was sick yesterday and had to bring the sick jug in the car with me but managed to hold it together and all was good.

When I got home I cried my eyes out with relief and because I'd spent the whole day thinking about my friend who had bad news at the 20 week scan. I just wish the bad stuff never had to happen to anyone.
