    Hi Sam,

Think AF might be arriving, had some light bleeding and mild cramps, not to mention epic mood swings. It's only been 3 weeks since medical management so if AF does start properly it's sooner than expected, but anything is possible after mc. Had another facebook pregnancy announcement tonight and whilst I'm pleased for them, I'm gutted for me. She's due when I should be due and it felt like a kick in the stomach, literally!

    How are you? Xx

Totally know what you mean, you want to be happy for them but it is like "why not me?" Xx

Hey everyone. There are so many things you have to consider after miscarriage just like pregnancy and physically having a baby.

Rosie- hope your as ok as can be.
Sweaty betty - have you had some acupuncture now?
tt39 - sorry you have to go back to work soon. If you need longer then ask for it. I totally should of taken time off work.
Plmbl- how are you and your family?

    Hugs to all xx

Hiya Sam, hope you are ok? Have you had a good weekend?

I'm def not wanting more time off now.. Feel like I have had too long in the sense it's made it seem strange I've had 2 weeks off... A week and people might think a cold.. But two weeks...

Still I'm sure once I am in and have survived the morning I will be ok xx I hope xx

  • Glad they've seen you quickly Rosie, hope they sort you out soon.

Samtoby - I've had a couple of acupuncture sessions. Don't really know if they've helped, but I'm giving it a go! My cycle was 5 days late last week so I stupidly allowed myself to think that I may be pregnant, but obviously not. This isn't necessarily a bad thing at this point, as I'd told myself I needed 3 months to sort my body out, but still a big let down when I'd let myself believe it might be possible :(

    Hello all,

Hope everyone is ok ish - I know weekends can be difficult when you're struggling.
Rosie, so glad to hear you got yourself back to the hospital...and now I hope that woman who was horrible to you on the phone will get some comeback! You probably should have been readmitted sooner, but her attitude put you right off even ringing again. If you feel up to it, maybe you can make a formal complaint?

Take care of yourself (and the same to everyone) .

    Love to all

    MsB x

Don't panic, Rosie - I had the same problem after my miscarriage, endless bleeding which got worse. In the end they repeated the ERPC and all was well. It's a bit annoying to have to go through it again but they are doing their very best to look after you. Keep us posted with what's happening xxx

Oh Sweaty Betty - I do hope the sessions prove successful very soon. I am interested in how that assists with ttc but too nervous to see anymore lol. I am trying to not think about ttc tbh. But everyone is pregnant around me. Oh and then a family member posted a scan picture which must have been at 7 or 8 weeks. Shocked me that someone would announce their pregnancy that early. Everyone is different though.

Rosie - I do hope you are ok. What an ordeal.

TT39- Everyone has different amounts of time don't they. Good luck going back to work. :) xx

Morning ladies, hope everyone's feeling ok this morning.

Rosie - am glad you went back to hospital (though not that you needed to, of course). Hope the drip is helping. I think we're all reassured that you're being looked after now. Take care sweetie xx.

Some friends of ours brought their 4 day old little girl round yesterday. She's absolutely adorable, I had a good long cuddle which she slept through completely. They're the only people OH told about the IVF so part of me felt a bit weird, as I was wondering if they were sat there feeling sorry for us as I held their daughter. Hard to explain. Kind of like a huge elephant in the room.

Two weeks till our next FS appt where we should hopefully find out if we can go ahead with the egg-sharing cycle. I'm definitely ready (as I'll ever be!) to try again, just want to get started now.
