thank you all so much. I've been worrying that i'm just making a big deal out of nothing.
i told him just now about going back and he said that i have to give the anti biotics a chance to work - apparently the doc told him that last night too.
bf is a little controlling - he said that he worries something will happen to me in hospital(!) he knows it cant as when they wheeled me down to gynae ward from a&e last night, the doors were all locked and the nurse transporting me had to use her card to open them all. last night the delay of us actually going was because he wanted to eat first - he said he knew it would be a delay so he ate before coming back.0 -
I don't mean to be blunt or scaremonger here, but I have to say this. Do you really want to (potentially) bleed to death??
It sounds like you are losing far too much blood! Infection or not, you should be monitored.
Why is your boyfriend talking to the nurses/doctors on your behalf?? It's YOUR body, you should be making the decisions as to what you want to do. I would sure as hell want to stay in the hospital overnight if I was losing that much blood, it doesn't sound normal. Are you sure the doctors said that you have to wait for the antibiotics to take effect or is he just saying that?
And I can't believe he ate so he could delay you going to the hospital! unbelievable.
Honey, please get yourself back to A+E0 -
Hi all, Rosie I agree with the others who have posted - YOU must be the priority here, not your boyfriends fears of you being in hospital or his rumbling tummy!
Where do you live? Do you not have any RL mates who can get you to the hospital Hun? Xxxx huge hugs and no one is trying to make you feel bad BUT u have to get back to the hospital and most def get signed off for another week xxxxxJoined SW on 1.5.14 - Weight 11 stone 11

Rosie this is the guy who didn't seem to believe you were having a miscarriage before, was unsupportive and now you're clearly having one and bleeding literally all over the place he's talking to drs on your behalf and delaying your hospital visits?
I'm sorry but no one who did that would be my partner any longer.
Get yourself to the hospital, who gives a carp what he thinks! Call family or friends, call an ambulance if you have to, for goodness sakes please take care of yourself.
This is bad enough emotionally but you should not be in this type of physical pain and bleeding after an erpc.
What does he think is 'going to happen to you?'
Sorry but he's starting to sound like those controlling paranoid types more concerned with who else their girlfriend is talking to rather than anything else.
Please call the hospital. If you want to stay in then say so x0 -

Been so tired today. Struggling with staying awake. Bf got breakfast for me before he went, and toast for lunch to take the meds with. He doesn't know yet but he's doing dinner too.
Pain is down to 7-8/10 now.
I spoke with GP. She's signed me off for another week - said to call her on Thursday if the bleeding is still bad. She thinks that the medication will start working on the infection by then and that I should notice a big difference. She said I don't need to call gynae, but just to call her then I wont be fobbed off. She said I need to let the tablets work for a few days. I'll wait it out till Thursday morning then will phone. As far as I'm aware it should only take a couple of days for these to work.
Thank you for all being so nice and caring. It really means a lot.
I do have a couple of friends in real life, but none that live very close to me (we moved last year).
Hope everyone is ok?

So glad to hear the pain's going down a bit rosie, I know it's still bad but at least it's moving in the right direction. Hopefully the antiobiotics are really starting to kick in and do their stuff now. Sounds like your GP is a good one there.
Hope you've got your feet up!0 -
Glad the Dr is on your side Rosie, make use of it as much as you need to. Fingers crossed the antibiotics kick in soon. XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
