Oh Hun, I don't think you should go in for a few more weeks. Just because you work 3 hours a week doesn't make it any easier to go in :-(

How is your Dh coping with it? Is he helping you with the emotional side?

My hubbie makes me laugh ( not really) .. This am I said "I didn't sleep well last night " and his response " why what's wrong?! " ..... I was like " what do u think!" .... Men !!!!!

    Xx

  • My DH has tried his best, really he has, and overall he has done a good job. It's hard for him to take control and look after the children and I for a change, as it's usually us looking after him because of his memory problems. He gets wound up easily and there were occasions I was more worried about him than me but we got through it. It was better than the last time when the day after my erpc he asked me why I was walking funny and had no recollection of me having the op at all :(. The only thing I got really annoyed with him about this time was on Monday he 'jokingly' called me hormonal!! I think I have a blinkin good right to be hormonal!!! I understand your frustrations with your DH, they just don't think do they?!

We both feel a bit in limbo while we wait for the test results/further testing. It's the not knowing whether we will try again or not that is doing my head in.

Oh and I am 5DPO so I am very apprenhensive for AF. I think it is a lot about actually having AF. And then some people have said its often very heavy so that makes me stressed. xx

Thanks for the good wishes. I am feeling very emotional today as my DD has gone back to school. She has started the juniors and seemed so grown up! I came home and sobbed. Also extremely nervous about the scan tomorrow. When I rang the early pregnancy unit for advie the woman was very brusque and told me to have a full bladder 'just like when you are pregnant' :'(:'( don't think she should work there. The bleeding isn't as bad, still a lot of clots :-(
Hugs to all who need them.
    Thanks for listening xx
Happy Wife and Mother :-) DD is 7 bump is due in July and DH is 40.
  • Big hugs naomi, what a cruel thing to say!! I'd complain about her so she will think twice before she speaks to others. Apart from anything else, I'd imagine that you will have an internal scan so no full bladder needed (though they will probably ask you to provide a sample for them to check for a positive/negative pregnancy result). Hope it all goes as well as it can for you Xx

Thanks please let me be lucky. Usually I would have said something but I am very fragile. My best friend is taking me tomorrow as hubby can't get time off easily. If anyone said anything like that with her there she would bite off their head!! I am dreading it, can't see past it at all. Will be better when I have my princess home.
    Thanks again xx

  • Some of the staff are cruel... when I had my last . one of the nurses was pregnant and spent the whole day sitting with a client who was in for bladder surgery talking about baby clothes ... and how she was going to decorate the nursery .... it was very hard not to scream out x

Hugs naomi, I've heard some shocking comments from healthcare 'professionals' over the last few years. You'd think people working in EPUs and infertility clinics could manage a bit of tact but that's not been my experience.
