I know this technically isnt the right place but ladies here have wonderful knowledge. .. I posted early about being late ... im now 14 days late negative test and now have leaking from my boobs !! Im 41 .... What's occurring any ideas?? Oh and have constant headache but thats cause im really tired as have bad dreams a lot :-(

Hmm - might be worth going to your gp for a blood test to double check that you're not pregnant, it's not unheard of to get negative tests when in the early stages.
After my early miscarriage I was getting lots of pregnancy symptoms from ovulation until my period, which was very upsetting as I convinced myself I might be pregnant again. My acupuncturist reckoned it was because my hormones were slightly off-balance, did her thing and they went (and shortly after I was pregnant again). So, I guess it could be either of those possibilities (or something different again), so I'd definitely go to your GP (or even the early pregnancy unit) and ask for a blood test or advice.

Well no blood on pad at all this am. Weird. Still some when I wiped , sorry if tmi.

Upto page 104 on thread now - starting to think I will feel lost when I am up to date as this is what is keeping me going at moment - reading the shared sadness but seeing good results following on from it too.

Hubbie is happy he thinks I'm ok again - I'm not but as I mentioned yesterday seems better for him to think I'm better than I am.

Wondering if bleeding stopping then? Where are the clots that they say are coming?

Glad you are feeling a little stronger ttc39. My bleeding stopped fairly quickly (4 days) - natural mc - but I did have clots fairly early on. If you don't pass any and appear to have stopped bleeding, I would visit your medical contact to check everything ok x . I was exactly the same with DH - just let him think that I was feeling better and literally stalked forums & stories! It helped me to focus on ttc again but I know that's not for everyone - I tried to get myself into a healthier state to conceive (Not that that's happened yet..)

Just did a preg test as thought well if bleeding stopped then perhaps I can try again later - too soon I know - but it was still positive :-(

I asked the doctor Monday if I did a test now - and I'm sure she said it would be negative... Mind u she also told me to wait a week till I did one :-(

Hi ttc, hope you are as ok as you can be. With my second mc I tried to let it happen naturally and I kept losing lots of blood and clots and thinking 'that must be it now' each time the bleeding stopped. Unfortunately it wasn't the case and every time I went for a scan there was still stuff in there. 5 weeks later I opted for medical management and it still didn't clear me out so eventually I had an erpc too, which STILL didn't get everything and eventually I passed the last of it 3 months to the day of the start of the mc!! Throughout all that time I still showed up as positive on pregnancy tests! I hope I'm not frightening you as my case was very unusual, but just wanted to show how long it can take your body to 'let go' of the idea of being pregnant.

Rosie, hope you are doing ok too. The hospital told me that the risk of infection is too great 10 weeks after the bleeding starts so you have a while yet.

My bleeding has stopped completely now (actually it did 8 days after the medical management, day 12 now) and I'm feeling physically much better as my iron levels are building. Still get very tired though. Feel a bit emotionally unstable but getting better. Still all feels very cruel Xx

It's still very early days for you too Hun and we won't be feeling ok or anything even remotely OK for a long time xx

Are you back at work? I am already thinking how I do not want to go in on Wednesday but I may feel better prepared for it nearer then .

Midwife has texted to say sorry about news. I asked her to look at the bloods etc she took at booking in to see if anything that could have caused issues...

Friend, who is signed off with depression at mo, is coming to pick me up this avo, going to go for a nice long walk with her new puppy. That should be relaxing and a bit of exercise

I only work 3 hours a week on a Saturday evening, as I am a carer for my DH too. I haven't been in the last 2 Saturdays, the first because I'd just found out I lost the twins on the Friday and had to be in hospital for 8am on the Sunday, and then the second because I literally couldn't get out of bed. The doctor had advised me to take at least 2 weeks off, so I said that when I called in sick last week. However, I'm now up and about and could probably manage this Saturday but I'm not going in as it's a busy shift and I might cry my way through it or collapse with exhaustion! Xx
