  • Sorry about your bfn claire :( I've got everything crossed for you next time.

Tea Lover and TOFT, hope you both feel better today.

Fran-o I was the same buying a baby gift a couple of weeks ago, took me 2 days to pluck up the courage to go into Mothercare! Glad you talked things through with your DH, hope the time he is away goes quick for you.

just trying big hugs for you. You have as much right to be sad as anyone. My m/c was trying for our 3rd child and sometimes I think it's hard 'knowing' what the baby will look/be like and therefore what is lost somehow seems more real, although of course it is extremely hard for those without children and desperately wanting them too. Miscarriage is cruel regardless of situation.

Lily and TeamLowemassive hugs to you both too Xx

Feeling so down & empty. I lost my son at 15 weeks last december due to trisomy 21. I thought I was so lucky to get pregnant again shortly after. We had a scan 2 weeks ago - baby was 9wks 3 days with a strong heartbeat. We went back to the hospital for a scan yesterday - no heartbeat detected.
I have to go in tomorrow for medical management. I can't believe this has happened to us. I'm just feeling as though there is no hope of us having a healthy baby (I have no children). I don't know how I'll cope if I can't have kids. Age is not on my side, I'm 38.

Holche - so very sorry to hear this. Two losses in such a very short time must be overwhelming for you.
Please accept my condolences and I hope it is all straightforward for you tomorrow.
Take care of yourself and best wishes to your partner also...it's a very hard time for you both.

    MsB x

    hi everyone,

Nice to see that everyone is still here looking after each other. Ive been away for a while since my last miscarriage last year.
For some reason i've started feeling very low again. I dont know whether or not its because its come round to a year since it happened or something else but feeling very raw again.

I love coming back to this thread and speaking to like minded people. You guys are ace xxxxx

I find that the feelings come & go. For a few weeks I was feeling ok then the past few days I've been feeling really angry & down about it, I think it's because the due date is approaching. I'm just frustrated with the general business of ttc & then I get so angry that I'm even ttc when I should be about to have a baby.

Then I think about the fact there are plenty of people in the world who are far worse off than me & I need to get a grip & enjoy my life but then a short while later I'm feeling crappy again.

:grouphug: I find my feelings fluctuate quite a bit and times around significant dates are harder.
