HUGS TO YOU!! I can relate completely as today should also be my 1st. I'm sat here with Mum thinking how nice it would have been for there to be 3 of us.

sorry that you're feeling so rubbish today, we'll get our day soon I hope x

First of anything is always the hardest, lots of love to those finding today tough

I've not found what should have been my second a lot easier but maybe that's cos we've chosen to take a break from trying. Have thrown myself into cooking tea for my mum as she does deserve to be spoiled :)

Slightly miffed at my sister though- it's her first mother's day but niece stayed here with grandparents and sister only came at 2:30, opened her very generous presents bought by grandparents on niece's behalf then fell asleep, clearly hung over.

Some people don't know how lucky they are, I would kill for it to be my first mother's day and I would delight in every second.

There's always next year I guess xxx

Thats a shame TL. Is your sister really young or something? Not that that is an excuse!

I wouldnt have been a mum this time but I should have been 5 and a half months pregnant today and Im back at square one instead.

Nope, she's 15 months older than me. I enjoyed my niece today at least, she's a right babbler :)

    Big loves to you x

I am currently going through a m/c. I should now be almost 6 weeks pg. I cannot even find the words to explain to my oh how I am feeling. He is being a huge support despite the fact that he is upset too. I am a wreck, I know I should pull myself together but I just cant seem to, I will be ok for a while and then just burst into tears

Ncs I'm so sorry to hear your news. Please don't feel like you have to 'pull yourself together' it's completely normal for the sadness to be overwhelming and unfortunately the only thing that will make it less painful is time.
I out myself under a lot of pressure to be fine with it as soon as possible but that just messed my head up even more x

Thank you. It has all been so overwhelming, I keep finding all these reasons why its my fault, things I should have done differently
