Had a bad week food-wise:eek: I've been out for 2 restaurant meals since my last weigh-in on Saturday and today was just too busy and not in one place long enough so have hardly eaten anything. Today was cornflakes, blueberries, 2 biscuits and a crumpet:( Not healthy eating at all! Hoping to be better organised tomorrow and get some more substantial food down me.0

Eh up ladies
I was so naughty the last weekend in Jan and after a short amount of beating myself up I went back to eating and exercising normally and still managed to lose weight for my Friday weigh-in. Not saying this in a blowing-my-own-trumpet sort of way, more to say that it is possible to just put it behind you and carry on with steady normal progress
I am so fed up of TOTM. I feel horribly horribly bloaty and lacking in energy and it's all just so difficult. Can't even face cooking properly when I feel like this0 -
lol
the most i ever lost in one week was 8lbs ( but thats cos i cheated and had lipo and has it all sucked out) it did work well, sort of i havent put back on the weight and im a different shape smaller on the hips and thighs i can fit into jeans much better than i could before
but i dont think i would do it againTotally agree. Never before have I ever had a weight loss greater than 2 lbs in a week. My body will probably rebel and gain 4 lbs back over the next week, just to teach me right for celebrating prematurely.0 -
+1lb for me today, not as bad as i thought but not good:(
oh well just need to try a lot harder this week,:oIn 2009 i finally gave up smoking Have been smoke free for 3 years!!!!!!

Aim to be debt free by Jan 2013! not now just bought a house:D0 -
700 calories of chocolate sets you back a day and a half which is no big deal when your probably going to be on -500 calories a day for months to reach your target. That's not an excuse for doing it more often
I have some chocolate almost every evening now. Just 3 squares (of Cadbury's naturally) about 100 calories. It was really hard to restrain myself to 3 squares the first few days, but it's good mental discipline because I find eat easier to moderate what sweet things I have when presented with an "unlimited" amount at parties etc. now.

Just checking in today - have been struggling, I seem to have an increased appetite at the moment which is so frustrating! Luckily I have realised (lol) that I like apples which apparently is good as the pectin expands your stomach and makes you feel fuller...0

Hi all
not doing too badly food wise but I feel so bloated and fat at the moment even though my clothes are feeling looser  Not quite sure what is going on. I think it may be water retention as I haven't been very good at drinking for the past few days as I have been working in a different office and didnt have my supply of coffee with me. However I am now of work til Monday as its half term here so I well endeavour to drink more. I will sort some supplies to leave in my car so if I end up in our other office I have some water and coffee to take in with me.
Think I am going to try on some wedding dresses next week with my mum but I wont be buying any yet as I just want to see if the style and colour I want suit me so I have an idea when I am looking for other things.0 -
I wonder if its the weather getting us all down? Or just the February blah feeling?
I had brunch this morning (a curry...I know, weird). and it has helped. Its not as ideal as taking in calories in small meals but it has left me warm and full and satisfied on this cold and grim day. Plan to do exercise vid this afternoon/evening again. and I too am strugling with water, and I generally drink a lot.
MAybe we should aim, rather than focusing on eating today, to focus on drinking? (which will of course also fill us up!)0 -

Its pretty here too, but so collllllld...we've had snow flurries or hail every day this week, and while the snow melts the hail lies around like beans spilled from a bean bag. Then all of a sudden the sky goes from clear and beuatiful to empty and grey...blah.0
