I was trying to do waht my boyfriend did to me when I finished off a huge bar of chocolate (about 700 cals!!) He asked me why I did it and I had no idea. I won't be doing it again and I hope the OP might think next time she goes back for the 3rd biscuit "why am I doing this?"

Saying what's done is done and I'll cut back in future is true but very reactive advice. I was just trying to be proactive.
Aww ok, I probably took it the wrong way - it's hard to know the tone of someone's post just from reading it on the internet, if you see what I mean.

    ===========
Today I have had major stomach issues I think it must be from something I've eaten... though the rest of the family have eaten almost the same as me but are fine. I think maybe I overdid it with the s/f jelly yesterday and the sweetener in it has caused the *problem*... Sorry if too much info :o

    Today's calories - 1596

My breakfast was healthy, but my tea was terrible calorie-wise. Today was a 'use up whatever's left over in the fridge/freezer' day, so I ended up having potato waffles with spaghetti hoops, chicago town pizza and garlic mushrooms. A complete mish mash, and pretty unhealthy too.

Snacks were sour cream pretzels  french fries  and some fruit.

I don't expect to lose anything this week. In fact I'll be overjoyed if I stay the same.

    hello all...only me:D

you can all cheer up now im here:rotfl:(dont ask me why im in a good mood dunno) i've had a manic week and have sparkly new rads but no heating as yet, but braved the cold and weighed myself...Drum roll please...I've lost 0 (sod all, nothing, nada,) spent the whole week running around like a headless chicken thinking i've bound to have bragging rights this week:rotfl:that teaches me to be so cocky...so humble pie for tea.
DH has been a git and lost 2lb this week, im just happy ive haven't put on. its TOTM for me but oddly i havent felt bloated at all so hopefully next weigh in should see a better loss for me (well at least something with luck)

Have a great evening all, im off to bed before i get frostbite

Tori, you didn't put anything on, surely that's the good thing? :)

I know what you mean about braving the cold - I always weigh in first thing in the morning in a freezing cold bathroom and sometimes it's such a struggle to peel off the pj's and hop on the cold scales.

CL - Might not be the healthiest meal ever but it sounds fab! I'm practically drooling at the thought of garlic mushrooms. And French Fries aren't a naughty snack are they? (I'm thinking of the crisp variety rather than the McDonalds variety)

It was nice, I have to admit. Though by the time I got around to eating the pizza, I was stuffed. I still ate it though :o

I love garlic mushrooms, I never get sick of them - which is a good thing as my mum bought two HUGE 1kg bags in from Asda a few days ago (£5's worth for 20p!) so we seem to be having them with every meal, regardless of what's being cooked :p

Tomorrow will be another day of using things up so who knows what delights dinner will bring. Can guarantee it'll be served with mushrooms though :rotfl:

Ohh and by French fries I meant the crisps. They're not really naughty (83 calories I think)... but they are if you're like me and eat several packets :S

    Morning,

Well should be a good day for me, the kids are off (baker day) for half term, and i can bet my life all the good stuff in the house will be eaten by close of day :)
Im craving mushrooms with all this talk, so it will be omelette for tea.

Have a good day everyone, chin up months almost half way over :)

I don't particularly like crisps, but when we have them about I find them more-ish. So we just don't have them in the house. Supermarkets seem half the size to me as I never go down crisp, confectionary, packeted food aisles. :(
