Morning everyone.
I've been craving a raw food detox...even though I don't recommend detox for anyone, but the cold weather has been putting me off. Our juicer is in storage and unfindable and dh thought it was missing a piece, so yesterday bought a new one, and I'm going to juice to try and kick start things again..
I'd forgotton how wonderful truly fresh juice is. this morning, beetroot, apple celery and parsley is just filling the raw craving.
The cpncern with juice is it's quite high in calories, so remembering not to go crazy is important....but its yummy!0 -

hello can you please put me down for a 2lb loss this week please. just hope i acn keep it up over half term!0

Only 1lb loss for me this week, bit disheartened as I didnt cheat at all and do feel as though my jeans were looser this weekend....oh well here goes another week. Might try posting what I am eating see if you guys can come up with anything that could be preventing the loss?
Post up your "menu" if you like, but a 1lb to 2lb and even for the odd week or two no loss is still a success IMO. Just nice to see the number going down though0 -
Hello!
Well done to all the losers! There are some great figures there. IMVHO maintaining is great as well. Sometimes it just happens that way but after a week or two if you carry on doing the right things you start losing again.
I just wanted to post today because I'm comfortably back into my size 14 skirt and I feel fantastic. I'm so happy!Mortgage Free by 40 Challenge #190 -
