okay I think I have everyone's weights down (Tara I put yours down as the initial +0.3 lb - let me know if you want that changing please!) - myself - I gained 28 pounds in a week (yeah right!!) currently at 11 pounds up but I'm not counting it in the over all totals as it still isn't right *sigh*Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

i received the 'diet' book today, you can be thin by celebrity fit club's maria peer. sadly it doesnt appear to be instant
but does look a good read.
ive lost 2lbs so now weigh in at 12 stone 2lb (i realise i put oz instead of lbs before !) but i ate out last night so will pop back up again tomorrow!
my daily food intake has dropped so dramatically that im actually surprised im not loosing quicker so i think i may not be consuming enough. can anyone cast an eye over this and see if im depriving myself ??

snacks during day will be either more krisprolls or a snack a jack
L i dont always eat lunch, if i do it will be 2 ryvita with cheese spread so another 120 cals
D something with salad (tuesday was prawns, tonight will be turkey burger) so around 600 cals up to 800 ?
thats puts me under 1000cals a day, some days i just graze during the day and have diet snacks all day rather thans set meals. I think it highly possible you have put your body into a low metabolism mode. I think that eating so little you might be depriving your self of essential vits/minerals.
HAve you run your stats through the Calorie count website for guidance on what your intake should be?0 -
Went away last weekend & when I weighed in was 1lb up!, so have been trying to cut down this week and so far have not had ANY sweets or chocolate (usually my go-to food when feeling a failure).
I will weigh in at Boots at the weekend (probably tomorrow or Saturday) and report back with, hopefully, a loss.
Oh yes - and I just talked myself out of ordering a pizza - yeah me. i'd never heard of that website, its fantastic and a great source of info ! it says if i consume 1500 calories a day i should be at my target weight by may. im hoping to be 11 stone by may for a friends birthday so will be ideal goal to aim for !
im going to have to add in some more veg/fruit for during the day. just difficult to fancy food and im finding im forgetting to eat as im now trying to only eat when hungry and not because the clock hits 12 !!

I find this hard too...or sometimes the opposite, hard to discern when full. I think the theory is when eating right and in good habits the two...being hungry and eating regularly ...fall into sinc!0 -
Update, just finsihed the last of my two litre bottle. Its been hard today, which is weird, my doctor once had to restrict the amount of water I had as I drink so much...but anyway, feeling back to normal and thirsty again.
I think it might be a result of travelling and not drinking so much then (in deference to bladder when not sure where nearest public loos were!)0 -

How do you manage never to feel hungry??
Interesting what you say about trying to eat only when hungry and not by the clock. I eat way less at weekends and have put this down to lack of routine - i.e. I only eat when I feel hungry. At work it is so easy to just eat because it's lunchtime, and I really should stop this. Sometimes I do leave it later to have my lunch, which works well. Then I'm not hungry when I get home and could happily not eat tilllater (and eat a small meal) but OH has either cooked a big dinner or is waiting for me to cook one! Gah.
