arrrggghhhh I have just sneaked a peak on the scales and I have not lost anything since I weighed in on sat...and havent cheated at all!!
    Yesterday I had
    Porridge
tomato and lentil soup and 2 ryvitas
    half chicken breast with salad
    water and black coffee

sadly enough on monday I had exactly the same!!

    Sunday was
    2 poached eggs
baked cod with olives, tomatoes and winter veg
    3 ryvitas

I cant see why I havent lost anything??? :(

That's not enough cals as wkdhoney says. HALF a chicken breast??? They have fewer than 200 cals, why eat only half at a time?

I am having serious problems eating smaller portions and the hunger monster gets me sometimes. No way could I survive on what you're eating. Are you hungry all the time? Are you exercising?

  • Disaster-I had a whole paket of biscuits last night. Luckily they were nice biscuits which I'd bought as they are only 39 cals each, however a whole pack must've been around 800 cals. I'll have to cut back a little for the whole week now!!!
I agree with the others Snuggle, that is too little cals, I personally feel a day like that now and again is ok but your body does go into starvation mode if you sustain it.
Hope everyone has a good day.

  • I think I've been doing ok so far. I've not been exercising so I've only been eating 1200 cals. When I exercise I eat more. The 1200 cals I eat are 'good cals' fruit, meat, salad, carbs ect.

In the last two days I've had a slip up each day. One a glass of wine and the second an eclair. I'm not too fussed as it was out of my allowance.

    Yesterday I ate:
    Porriage
    fruit for lunch
Chicken breast with blue cheese wrapped in parma ham, sweet jacket potato salad (550 cals!)
snack honey roasted peanuts, fruit and water.

Total 1200 cals 45.3 gs of fat. Perfect :)

what's done is done. Move on. try to do some more exercise not just cut back. I've had snce thursday off exercise, and tbh I'm feeling grim...I'm going to do an hour this evening...keep me company, virtually, and do some too.

I just had flaxseed fo the fist time ever. Not sure wht its meant to be good for, and its not low cal (my two spoons worked out 244 calories) but I had it with yogurtand it was ok. If its just fibre then the calories would mak me long for all bran.

Last time I was in Milan I had the most amazing prunes, huge and fat and juicy. I really love prunes (and actually don't ''need'' them so have to be careful about getting carried away...) I prefer prune d'agen to chocolate truthfully. I really wish I new where to get fat juice prunes like that here. :(

I could eat a whole pack of biscuits in one go! No problem :o.
Anyway, went to weigh in this morning and have 1lb off! Can't believe it - just hope all the badness doesn't show noxt week.
Am gonna be really good from now on. Am at SW so am going to follow the plan to the button this week to ensure a good loss next week (I hope!).
Am working all weekend and that means bad food choices. Am going to plan what I'm eating ahead and stick to it. ;)
    Good luck losers. :)

I think that was a bit of a silly thing to say =/ I'm sure they didn't intend to when they bought them.

Don't feel too bad and definitely don't deprive yourself of sweet things altogether, as you'll just end up doing the same again.

What sort of exercise do you do? I think maybe my problem is lack of exercise... I do walk for about 30mins to an hour most days, but I never feel like that's enough.

I just looked up Flaxseed oil and it seems it's good for a whole host of things (cardiovascular, immune system, etc).
    ============
It's midday and I have absolutely no appetite, I'm not sure where it has gone, but this is unusual for me. I went out early, probably walked about 2 miles to town and back. It was freezing. Maybe that has something to do with it? As I'm never usually out so early. But anyway.... I've just made myself a sugarfree jelly - I've never tried s/f before, so will be interested to see whether it tastes any different.

Tonight we're having homemade chinese chicken curry with boiled rice. And loads of crunchy onions in it - my favourite.

well, its a bit mixed. I recently have been increasing as with the success of current meds and hysio I've been feeling great. with the med change last week, frankly I'm struggling. This morning....this is a bit pathetic, I cried a bit. Its not even that bad at all...just...its all been so brilliant later. But the fact is having a coupe of months of everything being good has at least left me a little fitter, which I want to maintain.

daily I walk min four miles...but in mile slots...our field is just under a mile away, so I walk down am, walk a neighbours dogs after/while doing animals, then walk back, then repeat pm. I also walk our dogs, but not sure how far for....I go a different way!

then I've been trying to do an exercise video at least 4 days a week. My most recent purchase is the tracey anderson method mat work out, which is a toning not a cardio workout. I want the dance one that came out last year for cardio though too, because atm what I need is more cardio! I have some good other work out vids too though, lots of which are a better cardio work out, so at the weekend I think its time to vary things a bit. :)

I love yoga but at the moment I'm not allowed, by physio.

I'd really love to do an aquarobics class, but I'm too embarrassed to go alone.:o and have no friends available at the same time as the classes.

exercise sucks at the time, but the effect of the feel good after wards is really really great.
