    Hi everyone,
Not sure if any of you make this already, but orange flavoured jelly made with skimmed milk instead of water is nice and you can grate a bit of 70% cocoa dark chocolate on the top if you need a bit of a chocolate kick. Low calorie and quite filling if you eat it slowly with a teaspoon!

It's also nice if you make it up using low fat plain yoghurt - gives it a bit of a "kick". I make up the jelly with half the liquid and then top up to the full volume with yoghurt.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Urgh....horrid supper....

I make really great kedgeree, a dish that never appeals to me unless its my own: none of the individual components particularly grab me. Mine is heavy on cumin, tumeric and ends up more fish and egg biriani.

Well today I messed with my classic, upping veg content and omitting eggs, and also reducing spices for a more traditional meal, and uck, horrid.

I'm especially annoyed as I thought it ould be tastier than the steamed veg I had planned tonight.

Tomorro I'm definitely having steamed veg!

WI tomorrow morning for me and I am totally dreading it. I have been weighing in a couple of times at home throughout the week and last night the scales showed a 3 lb gain. I will be gutted if it turns out to be right. :o Still gonna go tho and face the music.
    Today I've been pretty good.
B - Muller Light over a ryvita, bowl of melon, coffee
L - Mange tout, red pepper, onion mushrooms in passatta with chicken and a spoonful of fat free yohurt stirred in at the end served with pasta
Didn;t have lunch until very late so havnt really been hungary enough for dinner. Just had a Muller Light over another Ryvita and strawberries, raspberries and red currants.
Gonna have an options hot choc in a while.
Had a great run this eve - really enjoyed it.
Shall update after my WI tomorrow. Good luck all. :)

That doesn't sound like very many cals to me Leo, especially if you've been out running. Anything tasty you could have for supper?

According to Calorie Count website it's about 1366 cals - plus the Option hot choc will take it up to about 1425. That'll do for today. :)

Evening everyone, just to let you know I'm still "in". I've just been distracted by other things, the story of my life!

I know what you mean with the cold TARA747, I'm just about getting over mine and all i've wanted to do it scoff my face
Just starting to feel better this past couple of day's, so hopefully i'm finally over the worst!!!

Not had a bad day today food wise:
    porridge (B)
tuna mayo sandwich and quavers (L)
    HM stew and dumplings (T)
And snacks of satsuma/yoghurt raisins/four finger dark kitkat ()

On the plus side (to justify the kitkat :o) I started a new evening cleaning job this week and it is much harder as there is more space to cover. So is more of a workout and I actually get hot doing it! My last job was a doodle compared to this one. 1/2 an hour tea break ;) and a wonder round for the other 1 1/2 hours!!! This one doesn't let you have a break only a drink on the go and I mean go go go!!! Still it all help's with the dieting, so can add 2 hours of vigorous exercise to my daily routine!

Anyway's off to bed now - it's past my bed time - oh roll on half term!

    Nite nite!! xx

Are you exercising? This doesn't seem like enough cals if you are exercising so what could be happening is your body is clinging on to any cals you take in as it thinks it's starving.

Or maybe you are 'forgetting' other things your having. Any teaspoons of this or licks of that? They all add up!

Lastly maybe you've just hit a level and you can either keep going as you will lose weight again soon or totally change your routine/diet again so your body is shocked into losing weight. :A
