Well done to everybody who has lost weight so far this month :T
Feb has got off to a mixed start for me with quite a lot of pigging out thrown in. I had a virus last week which made me feel very poorly, but did nothing to diminish my appetite whilst sapping my willpower and resolve at the same time! I was too afraid to weigh myself at the weekend :rotfl:but I *promise* I will do it this Saturday.
I hope everyone is doing better than me

Well done losers
CL - Oh I am pleased for you, it must have been a relief when you weighed in!
Not much to report here, just plodding along and trying to banish the hormone related sweetie cravings. I did try out a new recipe at the weekend - the not-so-glamorously named Bangers & Beans Casserole. Very tasty and not too high in cals. If anyone fancies the recipe just let me know.
me, me please! I love recipes.0 -
Hi all. I'm still here, still reading although I dont get much chance to post - sorry. I've pretty much been bad since last Wed up to yesterday. Ate what I wanted and am now terrified of my WI on Wed morning. Mind you in the past I would have said that I'll just not go this week and go back next cos that would have given me a chance to catch up. Not this time - that really is the road to failure so I'm going to go and face the music no matter what!
Been for a run this morning then had a HUGE bowl of strawberries, melon and Muller Light for brekkie. Lunch was a Pasta n Sauce and king prawns. Not sure about tea yet. Off to walk down to the school to collect DD then another walk later when she is at her club.
Have to try to do something to rectify the muck up that has been the last 4 days!!
Well done to all you losers and the gainers too - at least we are still here trying.0 -
Friday night weigh in shows another 1lb lost, so that is 3 out of the 4lbs I gained over Christmas gone again.
I hope I didn't ruin the progress with the 4 pints (approx. 720 calories) of beer consumed at a local beer festival over the weekend
On the plus side enjoyed 2 really tasty meals in our new slow cooker so far. Went shopping yesterday and got home at 5.15pm with a tomato, vegatable and chicken casserole ready in the slow cooker and baked potatoes all ready in the oven. Our oven has a timer :cool:0 -
Hi everyone,
Not sure if any of you make this already, but orange flavoured jelly made with skimmed milk instead of water is nice and you can grate a bit of 70% cocoa dark chocolate on the top if you need a bit of a chocolate kick. Low calorie and quite filling if you eat it slowly with a teaspoon!0 -
so lost 1lb this week, which im quite happy with, i wasnt expecting it really after all the crap i've eaten
my digital scales at home seem to be really off so im considering changing my weigh in day to a wed as i can have access to scales in work then, thats if i cant figure out how off my scales at home are - seems to range between 5-7lbs and i really dont want to go out and buy a new set so using the old style scales0 -
My mother reckons our scles are off too. I might buy some new ones. I need digital and prefer the option on kg/lbs/stones. I'd quite like ones that show fat %, but not sure if they are available up to heavy weights0

Hooray, i'm 1lb down
More difficult this week because i'm having to make packed lunches/ buy food out. Beans on toast is a bit too awkward! Might do soup in a thermos though.0 -
Hi all,
today's weigh in was a good 'un, lost another 2lbs to add to the one from last week. So only 4 more to go :j Had a poor week though coz had a nasty cold so I just craved salty foods (and I gave in -but only a little)
Planning either to go for a long walk this evening. Its a gentle way of getting me into the excercise habit.
All the best to my fellow flabless Feb friends :T

Hello, I know I'm asking to join in late but can I?
During Jan I've lost 13lbs and maintained on Friday. I had vertigo for a couple of days (strangest thing!) so couldn't move and couldn't exercise so was happy with maintaining.
I want to lose 7 lbs by the end of Feb. Fingers crossed!Mortgage Free by 40 Challenge #190
