I'd lost a pound on friday but now i'm sitting on the metaphorical floor watching the wagon trundle past
Dinner was great and followed by cake and lots to drink. I did walk there & back though and spent a few hours dancing. I think i'm just completely writing off yesterday!
Will go on wii fit when i'm dressed (yeah... it was afternoon before i woke up...)
PS Here's the cake recipe I used lots more tea though (ripped open 3 teabags). I'm sure it could be made healthier with much less sugar/sweetener instead.
I've just calculated it (well, a program on the internet did) as 160kcal a muffin so i'm still eating the lefovers this week0 -
I'm having a very lean day today as I had a BIG blowout on friday after a really good week. Went to my mums for tea yesterday after planning my calories to allow for roast lamb and lots of veges (even roast potatoes as I've given her some fry light to do them in!), even took my own melon for a starter, only to find she had made 2 irresitable puddings which I had to have! So today has been skimmed milky coffee, HM veg soup with one slice of bread and some ham and then a big salad with a little bread for tea. I'm going to bed very shortly before I start pigging out!! Will walk to work after taking dd to school tomorrow morning and get weighed-hope the frugalness of today pays off!July grocery- 24.40/220. NSD-1/3.

I finally found my PMK CD, so will listen to that later. Is there any way to upload it onto the PC and put it on my iPod?
Hi Tara
not sure about uploading it your ipod but I certainly copied on to my MP3 player. I didn't put it on my ipod incase I went into a trance when I was out and about lol. I just put the CD in the disc drive and copied it using windows then dragged and dropped onto my MP3 player. Worked no problem. I suppose you could copy it onto your computer then upload it to itunes and then load from there onto your ipod - might work I know I have copied songs from CD's that I wanted onto my ipod that way so it sould be okay.0 -
morning all.
Hope everyone is doing well,
we had a hectic week but i managed to stay on top of my eating ish, there been a couple of chocolate hob nobs, but we spent yesterday to and fro the dump, clearing the garage and shed, so im hoping all the lugging about has used the cals up.
Today plan is to tidy up my garden, the guys churned the lawn up putting the oil tank in and the patio is lagged with mud, and its easier to clean that then moan at the dog for not wiping her feet and dragging it into the house
Have a good day everyone0 -
Good morning everyone, I hope you are all well and eating healthily!
I have had a mixed weekend so will be having a light week to try and make up lost ground. Compounding my off piste eating (which was really on piste, as it was planned) is that with the change in meds I've had I'm getting a bit of pain, and while I walked a lot, I got swollen feet and lots of blisters
OK, so Friday was not good, but because I didn't have time to eat until the evening. I had a lot of coffee and had actually gone to bed before realising I hadn't eaten anything. So had a bowl of cereal.
Saturday was a gourmet delight...(after an easy jet croque monsieur, thinking I might not get to eat until supper time) but I did actually end up having lunch, some beautiful bread and cheese. Supper was some beautiful pate, a steak, (I didn't have the cheese, considering lunch) and a creme brulee (and wine, which is a break to my normal three month abstaining period at the beginning of the year usually). Then yesterday...a hotel breakfast (I ate well but not an obscene breakfast) and a cobbled together lunch of pate, crisps and a bit o chocolate. As if that wasn't bad enough when DH and I got home, my family had got in a chinese takeaway. the sad thing is I think I was tired more than hungry and yet partook with gusto.
So, no excuses, back on the straight and narrow.0 -
Well done everyone. I managed a 2lb loss which is OK but I had a bad weekend- shouldn't have had all those roast potatoes for a start!0

Well done losers
CL - Oh I am pleased for you, it must have been a relief when you weighed in!
Not much to report here, just plodding along and trying to banish the hormone related sweetie cravings. I did try out a new recipe at the weekend - the not-so-glamorously named Bangers & Beans Casserole. Very tasty and not too high in cals. If anyone fancies the recipe just let me know.0
