I'm sure she'll be on later, but we have the same amount of equity and then moved. A mortgage is your only way, but as you don't have any other debt like us and the % on your next house that you are borrowing is quite low it does mean you can get the best rates. We also picked less years. We also fixed for 10yrs.

I've loved my day off (despite the 2 spent in the doctors this morning), had a lovely walk with Katie and got all of my washing done, just have to dry it now, I'm avoiding using the the tumble dryer so it's draped all over the house.
I feel most productive.Proud to be dealing with my debts

Back from IKEA. Got some bits for Jack's room and some bibs with sleeves.
Christopher is so lovely, he wanted to hold mine & Sami's hand to cross the road so Sami and I ended up crashing into each other cos we were pushing pushchairs one handed lol!
Put Jack in the IKEA Highchair (name escapes me again) Antilop?
It is way better than the one I have! Think I might buy one for when we go and stay with people as it seems handy to take down.
Went to ASDA and bought some whoopsied chickens for £1.30! :money:
I say some, I bought 4. One for tea and then 3 for the freezer
I always tell Jack i love him every day - I tell my mum on the phone but not my Dad - I do love him just don't tell him
We put Henry in the Antilop in the Ikea cafe and he loves it! We will get him one when he's a bit bigger, but for now he just enjoys it when we go there!MadDogWoman wrote: »I've loved my day off (despite the 2 spent in the doctors this morning), had a lovely walk with Katie and got all of my washing done, just have to dry it now, I'm avoiding using the the tumble dryer so it's draped all over the house.

Okay, you've put me to shame now! Although I have listed 8 items on eBay- would have done more but H woke up and needed cuddles.
Reading about some of your Mums makes me grateful mine is just a bit mad. If we see something about an eccentric person on TV, OH always tells me he can imagine my Mum doing that!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

He went down to 6lbs 2 oz I think he has done well but their not happy as he is on the/below the 0.4th centile. He is very happy, has plenty of wet and poo nappies and his fontanelle is fine. The last week he has had more loose stools as he has been on antibiotics and i think that is why he didn't put on last week but yes i agree his weight gain isn't the best at healthy but i went though all this with my ds1 he could pass as a 3 year old. He has his endoscopy next month but i don't think it will show anything.
He hasn't had his injections yet due to his chest infection. I have to wait to see if HV says he is well enough to have them.
Amber was 6lb15oz at birth and 8lb1oz (clothed) at 8 weeks, she wasn't doing well BF I know that now, she was lucky if her nappy needed changed twice a day and she was very sleepy, so big difference there.
How often is he being weighed, sometimes they keep too close an eye on it, so long as he in happy and eating well and alert and peeing fine then don't let them bully you into doing something you don't want to do.
Is he seeing a paediatrician, they usually have different charts to HV which take into account weight loss and other problems and they look a bit better.
My husband was lovely, said I looked tired so got us a chippy dinnerStill got the dishes to do though. :rotfl:
