Hi fairydawn
We are fine thanks. Got a busy day but going to fit the driving in around Jack's naps - it seems if he sleeps for ages during the day he sleeps better at night.
Glad Oscar has been discharged.A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Morning all.
Good luck for today Weezl, and I hope you are still in a good mood searching
I left the alarm off this morning, assuming Izzy would still be ill and I would be staying at home, but she seems fine this morning. Trying to get a bit of brekkie in here and make sure it stays down then go in late I think. Quite tempting to stay at home, but better save my holiday days for when I really need them!Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009

hope today goes well weezl. bless that story about your son shuffling to the other boy. Omg I would be just like u and feel totally gutted for him. But u have made me think not to teach t with my reactions as I guess they should grow up all the stronger then, as I know I for one can be a bit oversensitive and take things to heart.
Glam, u have also made me think with ur post about jack sleeping better at nite if he sleeps more during day. I'm wondering now if t is the same. I usually worry when he sleeps too much but maybe I'll see if there is a pattern, be nice if there was hehe!!

ladybirdintheuk wrote: »Krystal (or anyone else!) I have a feeding question. For the last day or so Izzy has been biting me when feeding. Not proper big chompy biting, but putting a bit of pressure on with her teeth. It is only on my left side, and I think it is because she isn't opening her mouth far enough. (she is biting me at the base of the nipple which I don't think would be the right place if she was latched on properly?) I've tried taking her off and starting again, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. She normally just sits on my lap and leans forward towards me to feed, but I've tried holding her "like a baby" and that doesn't make any difference either. I've got the lansinoh out, but any other ideas/tips?feelie & other almost-full-time-baby-wearers: I am very for the baby-wearing ethos and love my sling so far. My only stumbling block is what do you in situations where you know you'll need a place to put LO down or will need to faff with yourself/clothes? For instance: out to eat or to shops for clothes-buying? I've been taking the pram, which in itself isn't ideal - or is there another solution? Just curious, as I know there's some out there which don't even own a pram & am curious to what they do in situations like these.
Clothes shopping - I don't do it that much so I either went on my own and OH looked after Alice or we went together and he had her in the sling.Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5
