Need to book flights for end of august i know the BA and Virgin sales end soon and prices seem to be around 480-580 at the minute, how much do people think they will rise once they finish?

Dont want to panic buy and then see cheaper flights in a couple of weeks.

i know no one has a crystal ball but can anyone tell me from previous years?

You can't. People will sell tickets, and when they do, they have options like - sell as a set, sell pairs, sell singles, or don't leave a single ticket. I think either the first or last option has been set.

You could buy all three, then relist the one and hope it sells, but if the option isn't there for two, you cannot buy two.

    Thanks, that's what I thought.

It's irrelevant as the seller was FedEx-ing the tickets, and won't send outside of US and Canada.

Another thing, I was thinking of buying a laptop, and I've looked at prices which seem much cheaper than here. Where should I go for one?

But if anything goes wrong, it's a long way to take it back.

Would you not be able to change the keyboard settings somewhere?

I'll probably just look at one when I'm there and see if it would bother me. The prices seem quite a lot cheaper as well. (about £200 less than here). It's not something I'm definitely going to get, but if the price is excellent, than why not.

iPhone - Yes, you can get one, just make sure it is compatible with your network in the UK. (A US iPhone won't run on 4G EE network in the UK).

Laptop - I use an american wireless keyboard on my mac. There isn't that much difference. I touchtype anyway, so know if I hit shift+3 I get a £ rather than the keyboard saying I should get a #.

Finally folks, the guys at Customs in the UK will want their 20% VAT on Laptops and Mobile Phones if the price of it is over £390. Soon wipes out any savings.

Is it 390 per item or in total.
