Any one used Manhatten Airporter transfers? we have just got our tickets (Virgin Package) and they are part of the package.
However, I can't seem to find them on trip advisor to get reviews and I am wondering why? are they just for Virgin customers?
Any help appreciated!
Thanks in advance
no idea of the companies name but last time i went to NYC it was a virgin package and the transfer company were fine.

Hi everyone
My partner really wants to go to NY in december.. however I think it may be better to go in November this time because of thanksgiving/black friday sales.
I was wondering if anyone had ever been to the Black Friday sales before? I'm a bit terrified of being clubbed to death with a clothes hanger. Also, I don't want to go if all the good sale items get snapped up in the first couple of hours etc
thanks0 -

unless you get them and there first you will get clubbed to death and all the good stuff gets snapped up in the first few seconds thats a good sale (sharpen the elbows) havent been black friday yet but will report back this year all about it . Although shopping not my bag i like a good deal so if there is a decent camera etc for stupid money youll find me in a bar or diner:cool: hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0 -

There was alot of hustle n bustle when I was there, didn't notice a walkway! Woulda been cool if we had though.0 -

Sounds exactly like the nightmare I don't want! I was thinking of doing some of my Christmas shopping whilst I'm out there so I'll tick that day off my list! Please do let us know what it's like!0 -

I suppose it depends on what card you will be using? Its probably a bit late now but Santander have the Zero card, the PO do 1 and then there is the Caxton Card than you preload which carries no charges. If you are using your normal Visa they will charge you.Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -
Ok, i was hoping someone could tell me where i stand on what i can do re my medication.
I take a lot of regular medication, including controlled medication, the thing is, when i pick it up from the pharmacy, its usually 2 carrier bags full when its all boxed up etc.
Since i am going for 5 days, can i just bag up a weeks supply(or maybe two to be safe), with just blister strips etc as long as i have my repeat prescription with me to prove its mine? Its going to take up a huge amount of room otherwise!Ok, ok, i need to go back onto Weightwatchers, lost 7 stone..... 2 back on, this has to change.....Help!!!:eek:0 -
If you put it in your hold luggage it should be fine - I took 4 different types of pills with me, no boxes and didn't have a problem. Taking it in hand luggage becomes more difficult so unless there's special storage requirements bung 'em in your suitcase.0
