Well I've been very lazy this morning and you've all put me to shame.
I dropped a bottle of nail varnish on the kitchen floor yesterday, which broke all over the tiles. It was only a tiny bottle, but, jeepers, it went a long way. There's an awful stain which so far I've been unable to clear. Have tried bleach, paint thinners and even petrol on a rag, but nothing has worked so far. Someone on the boards suggested WD40 so I'm hoping we can find some in the garage. Haven't got any n.v. remover in the house (the obvious solution) but may have to go buy some before the day is out.
As you can probably tell, I've been putting off tackling it again today (was at it for ages last night) but, as I said, you've shamed me into getting off my bum and doing something.
    See you later :hello:
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

When I counted up my syns for this week so far it stands at 105!:EasterBun _pale_ _pale_

LOL Delly - I have had another bad day today, and it hasn't even finished! I'm on day six of my week, and so far out of a possible 90 syns I've had 222 (EEEEK), so an average of 37 each day.

However, I am still following the plan, in that my meals are strictly red/green, I'm not mixing, and I'm not eating rubbish for my main meals. Previously on a bad day I would just give up completely whereas now I am bearing in mind "flexible syns" where they ask you to follow the plan and just be flexible with your syns. Except I think my Syns are on a piece of elastic that I can
S-T-R-E-T-C-H as long as I want.

I hope I aint too upset at weigh-in tomorrow.

Just popped to Tescos and saw a really nice dress that was only 20 quid and looked suitable for work. I took the size 12 and 14 to the changing rooms and optimistically tried the 12 first - it fitted really nicely!!!!
Well chuffed - have been on SW for nearly 2 weeks and have been quite strict - don't know how much I've lost yet (first weigh on on Weds- missed last week due to working away) but I feel a bit flatter!
Have to NOT celebrate now as I want to wear it to work tomorrow and flat stomach is essential!!

Off now for my lovely Ryvita and Laughing Cow cheese lunch !

    Hello Again
So much for 4 hours golf walking in the fresh air. I was p**** down when I got there and some of the girls didn't want to go out either so we just had a chat. I hate playing in the rain and there was a mens match out ahead of us so it would have been a lot of waiting in the wet which was my main excuse for pulling out. Will try to make it to the gym instead tonight. Busy listing clothes on Ebay instead so at least doing something constructive.

Having Danish Ryebread (like the German stuff) with smoked mackerel tonight possible with a bit of scambled egg. I am sure that is a lot of cals but at least oily fish is good for you and I won't have any butter on it.

Think I better stop now and get on with my Ebaying. Take care all.

It's raining here too (Manchester). Took the dog for a walk in the park in the rain at 8am and had to give him a full shampoo bath when we got back. He's still not speaking to me!
    I'm going swimming - I've just decided.
Have lovely Sunday lunches (no point cooking one when there's just me today)

I had Thai Sweet Chilli noddles for lunch and I am having organic sweet pointed pepper sauce and pasta for tea, and plenty of it. If you attend a SW class there is a free eating out guide to be had in September, it is going retail next year. It's just what I need. Hope the Tesco man arrives soon with my nosh.

Have to tell you all about Aldi opti-fit yogurts with wholegrains, they are really yummy and free on a green. My treat lately has been half a bar of Green and Black's maya gold chocolate for under 3 syns, the tiny 20g bar. Lush.

Rachel thats great about the dress - should be motivational!
Its sunny here today - been sitting in the garden for a while trying to shake off the hangover feeling. Gave in to small bag of maltesers -could easily have eaten about 3 bags. Trying to undo last nights damage to the scales cos weigh in is tomorrow!

Hi, Ellie, you don't have to join a club, some people go it alone, there are people following all sorts of plans on here. I think it is much easier to go to a club. I am a target member of Sliiming World and I go to a meeting every week, we have image therapy which helps you to feel good about yourself and I've met many nice people. If you have a big appetite and like massive portions then SW is best. It is a plan for life. If you don't like much to eat then WW might suit. Mostly, I like being able to pile my plate and stay tiny.

Hope this helps, you'll find lots of support here whatever you do.

I didn't actually have noddles for lunch. I had noodles!
