Hi everyone,

As the Lose Weight 7 thread was getting very long, cheekymole has kindly started a new thread Lose Weight 8

I will close this thread now, but leave it at the top of the board for a couple of days so everybody can find it easily. Good Luck to everyone who is trying to lose weight.
