Was really good last week (ww no count) and losst 2lb, which i was chuffed with as have been losing half to a pound every week, but i confess it was all in training for a family celeration this weekend. We had thai food last night, a 'naughty' roast today with all the nice stuff like yorkshire pudding. oh lord and cheese cake my mum made.
I knew i was pretty much going to come off ww for the weekend so told myself not to bother feeling guilty, and i have enjoyed myself so hopefully the damage won#t be too bad next week.
So far lost 13.5lbs, i suspect i might stay the same (fingers crossed) or put a little on this week.
Pug senior (my dad) has now lost 30lbs in 8 weeks, his trousers are falling down so he's very pleased.
We'll get back on track tomorrow to try and make up for all the naughtiness!
Well done on the 2lbs off last week :T and I think the fact that you've put all guilty feelings to the back of your mind will help you to stay on the right road for the next week (guilt is a terrible diet-killer).
Well done to Mr. Pug too, his average weekly weight loss is excellent. I imagine the rest of your group are waiting with baited breath for the day the trousers finally give in to the law of gravity :rotfl:I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Hi all
Well lots to catch up on so I wont do individual posts, but well done to those who have lost weight.
Welcome to the newbies: Eels and Ellie, and welcome back to Cheekymole and Rachel (Congrats on the dress size Rachel I am so jealous and cant wait til I am a size 12 again).
Everyone else hope you all had a lovely weekend - sounds like some have had rubbish weather but put efforts into having a 'Spring' clean - burn those calories :j
Had an okay weekend food wise - no alcohol and have done lots of exercise so hoping for a good weigh in on Tuesday.
Speak to you all soon0 -

I wish, that was just a freakish morning. As soon as I'd done dinner it all needed to be done again. At least the cupboards are done now- about time, Hubby put all the tea towels in the wrong place though, that annoyed me!WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030 -

lisele wrote:Jenpoptab: I'm seriously impressed with how much you got done today.
As I said earlier- just a blip.
I think I thought it was an easier way of exercising and getting some of these excess calories off. Think I am still the same as I was the other week.
Have got to blitz the girls bedrooms today. Luckily I don't need to sort their chest of drawers out as I sorted that out the other week. I really need to get into the loft in some point and sort through all of the baby clothes that are sitting up there, in the hope that I may have another baby at some stage.
Fingers crossed that I will lose a bit of weight in the process of all of this.WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030 -
Guess what chaps? Yes, you're right, I stayed the same! Had a bad week this week, have been really down and haven't managed to avoid comfort eatign so I spose it's not that bad! I'm going to kee trying and hopefully eventually I'll lose something, I reckon I just need to get used to the idea that I'll never be a skinny bride!Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0

Morning all,
I've lost 3 lbs since last week! Feeling quite chuffed.
All yesterday, I had really wanted chips from the chip shop but having lost 3 lbs has made feel more motivated and I don't want the chips anymore.
It's raining today and I can see myself not wanting to go for my run in the rain. So I'm making a commitment on here to go for my run today.
Have a good day. lisele0
