I stayed the same - woohoo!!!

Monkeylugs - well done, you're knicker elastic has been given a reprieve then. :rotfl: I'm glad that staying the same has motivated you to do better this week. Good luck and stick with us.

Lisele - well done you for going out running. I could never do it. (I'm too flipping lazy). Don't let those little brats spoil your enjoyment of your exercise although I must admit it might be better for you if you varied your route after a couple of weeks to keep yourself challenged (this coming from the laziest person in the world!).:rolleyes2

Kiwichick - well done on the 1.5lbs off. I bet you're really beginning to see the difference! I've lost the same amount of weight as you and I'm definitely noticing it.

Good luck Pug and Jen for tomorrow .K9cuddles I'm glad you're feeling so positive about your weigh in.... keep us up to date on how you're doing.
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.

    Hello again everyone,

I was so busy posting on everyone else, I forgot the reason why I logged in. .....
I had my weigh in today and I've lost another 2lbs. So that's 1st 1.5lbs since 1st May.

This SW thing seems to suit me quite well. If I was weightwatching, I would have said I had the worst week ever with all the food I've been eating and a night at greyhound racing and a 3 course meal and alcohol and all the syns I've been eating. I really feel like I haven't been deprived or on a "diet" at all this week and yet I've still lost 2lbs - never would have happened on WW. ... I'm not saying there's anything wrong with their plan, it's just I couldn't follow it!

Good luck for the rest of the week everyone, I'm off to plan my meals for the next 7 days (might be going out for a carvery lunch on Sunday - so that'll be a red day).

    Dellybelly.

Got my first SW weigh in tomorrow - it's for 2 weeks dieting as I couldn't go last week because I was away with work.
Feel less bloated but I've conned myself into thinking that before and the scales remain the same! Period finally started yesterday so hopefully the last of the water retention should have drained away by tomorrow!
Just had quorn bolognese and wholewheat pasta for tea - resisted the garlic bread that OH insists upon so feeling quite virtuous.
Going to walk the dog after Eastenders - exercise is supposed to be good for period pain isn't it?
Will let you know tomorrow evening how I get on at SW.
    Fingers crossed!
    Rachel.

Wooohooo lost that 2lb so that gives me my club 10 (lost 10% of my bodyweight for those not following SW) and I am now 1/2lb into the next stone bracket. I am so happy :j

Am now off on two weeks holiday to my parents so it shouldn't be too bad, as I can let mum know what I can and can't eat (whether she listens or not is another matter  )

Hope everyone has a good couple of weeks and I look forward to seeing how you are all doing when I get back - how many pages to read 20, 30 - any advance :rotfl:

This board is hard to keep up with at the minute!

Moira - Well done on reaching club 10 - Im not very far away from mine and 1/2lb off getting into a new stone bracket - and had hoped this week would see it in, but a party on Saturday put an end to that idea!! This week though

Delly - I'm glad you are finding SW is the one for you - I love it. Its the only diet you can eat until you are stuffed and still lose weight! Any more recipes in your 7 day meal plans?? What kind of days do you favour and what sort of meals do you plan  Sorry, too many questions! :rotfl:

Good luck at weigh in tomorrow Rachel, be sure to let us know how you get on?

Cheekymole - was today your weigh in?

Sorry if I missed anyone or anything that I should have mentioned. I have many senior moments and by the time I have read the threads have forgotten what the ones at the start say!

Fritha I'm sorry to have put you on the spot, I hope I didn't upset you. Stick with us on this board and you will get help and support whenever you need it. Good on you for trying so hard despite the problems :)

Monkeylugs Well done on the weight loss. Keep that motivation all week or you may find your extra syns last week bite you on the bum next week :rotfl:

Eels100 You're right - a little at a time is the way forward. Good luck!

Moiracm Little Miss Baggy Breeches!!!!!!!!! Well done :rotfl:

Kiwichick Well done on the weight loss and reaching Club 10. Enjoy your cycling (is it a static one or a road type?

Lisele Ignore the ignorant little brats - you'll have the last laugh :T

Well done Dellybelly and anyone else I've missed - the weight losses really are excellent this week.

Good luck with forthcoming weigh-ins K9cuddles, Pug and Jen and anyone else who's waiting with baited breathe (and pulled in tummy!!). Keep the faith :rotfl:

    Morning Guys,

I had weigh in last night and suprisingly have lost 1.5lbs! Yay! Brings my total weight loss to 1st1.5lb. This week I am going to try and do a little bit of exercise (YUCK) not loads, just walking or something. I have also ordered a bike which should be here soon so that will be nice.

How do I go about joinging the 2lb club??

    Thanks for the inspiration,
    Al.

Hi kiwichick - you're in! (Actually I'd added you already, but obviously without you realising..!)

Well done for losing over a stone so far. :T

    I'm here!

How are you Honey? I had a terrible day yesterday (miserable at work and ate my way through half a packet of Cheddars, then got home very late and tired to find OH cooking me dinner - sausage, egg and chips! Was too tired and hugry to refuse, although if I'd eaten properly through the day I might have been able to say no!). Today has been better, I couldn't eat breakfast but had a nice healthy lunch and will be out walking this evening, feel like I'm back on the wagon.

Is it grey and wet with everyone else today? It's manky here, could do with an exercise bike!

Hi Eels - was beginning to think I was talking to myself!

Its sunny here today, although yesterday was a washout!

Put yesterday behind you and move on. Don't let one bad day roll into another. I had a cream bun in work yday (someone's bday) but I worked out the syn value - much to the amusement of my colleagues (17.5  ) but I ate all free food for the rest of the day to account for it. That was yesterday and today I have been as good as gold. Its tempting to let one bad day ruin your diet but it needn't ( gosh listen to me - move over consultant31, here comes consultant honey :rotfl: )
