I know, and in my mind I know what I should do. I think the kick will come when I realise that I might have to give my consultant £4.25! I'm a real tight a**e when it comes to handing over my money (I prefer to save it for my next holiday)
    I haven't got one!

    Wow! This thread moves fast!!

Healthy extras - mine go so quickly and I nearly always use them on either toast or cereal for breakfast and bread for a sandwich at lunchtime, on red days I often have a cold meat salad and then have a packet of Ryvita minis HE b as a snack.

HE As - 350ml skimmed milk for tea and on my cereal. Couple of mini baby bel cheeses and an apple for an snack and woosh, that's my As gone too!

Was naughty today, made DD French toast, which she didn't eat, so I did! It was far too nice to throw away! So that is 1 medium slice of wholemeal bread, one egg beaten fried in about 2tps of oil oil..... :o

    Have a good weekend,

Yay! I've definitely lost one pound! :j
It was time! And I've also balanced my budget down. This week of holidays has helped me in many ways to focus.
I should have more holidays :D

I dont know whats up with me today but I am just not hungry at all.
All I have had is Breakfast - bowl of branflakes, slice toast
Lunch - muller light and fruit
Dinner - packet fun size maltesers

    Not like me..

Watch out Honey - you'll be fading away :rotfl: Have you been extra busy today? It's the only thing which can sometimes keep me and my food apart.

Good luck Moiracm, hope it works for you (have rubbed my wishing stone on your behalf :rotfl: )

Welcome back Cheekymole. I have a good sharp stick with which to give you a sharp poke in the right direction if that's any help! Will go and get it in a mo!
Take a few minutes to think back to how good you were feeling (before all the plonk and french bread) and imagine how depressed you will feel if all that hope and good intention comes to nothing.
You can do it, come on, get back on the straight and narrow this minute :naughty:

    I'm Back From Brazil!!!
Bit of drama at Heathrow and have no suitcase, laptop, phone or ipod - all being held hostage by BA at an unknown location !! ie lost baggage and hand luggage.
Otherwise OK - had 2 jaffa cakes to celebrate my return!!
Did a quick weigh on my rubbish bathroom scales and it's gone down a bit but the real truth will be on Weds weigh in at SW.
    Fingers crossed!

    Good morning all

Hope that everyone is well today.

Back to normal today using the ww points, yesterday was a blip for a special treat which I thoroughly enjoyed, but I'm already regretting all that fat as my tummy is telling me how bad it was for me.

    Hi All
Nice to read all the posts feel I am getting to know you all a bit better. I have never been to SW or WW or any of the others but it is very interesting to learn about it all. I have been skinny all my life until I hit 30 (now 36) and suddenly I found myself gradually increasing my weight. I think it is natural but quite irritating as I could always eat what I wanted and my sister who is 5 years younger than me is skinny as a rake.

I don't really get tempted to pig out I think my biggest downfall is just sweets, crisps, nuts, wine and beer. I have cut out the larger (quite easy) but I do like a glass or two of wine with my meal. Any idea how many cals there are in a glass of wine?

Anyway this Sunday I am playing golf so that will be 4 hours of walking and today I need to put a lot of clothes on Ebay I don't wear or I have bought on Ebay and it doesn't fit me. I am going to be very hard on myself as I really don't need as many clothes as I have.

8 days to my holiday in Spain with my company, can't wait to weigh myself Monday to see if I have lots any. ALthough I am away Mon to Weds will try to be good and get access to a computer where I can keep up with you guys.

Take care, keep up the good work.

Welcome back cheeky and rachel. That's a bit carp about your lugguage Rachel - you seem ok about it though :)

Well done on getting back into JenPop.

TallGirl: Golf sounds very good for you! Good luck with your weigh in.
