Well done you - 6lb is fantastic. What did you do differently this week?? I'm sure you can feel it now in your clothes.
QUOTE]
All I did was stick 100% to the plan as I did the first week and then doubled my water intake as I had a feeling I was retaining water.
Clothes do feel a bit better now but I've got a long way still to go.0 -

YES PLEASE!! I have no idea how PM works on here (I have to confess to working in IT, but I haven't really tried to work it out yet, or that's my excuse anyway!!). My mail address is not here anymore as I have been told it was bad (sorry! complete novice!!) if you could send it I would be more than a little bit grateful :j
Thanks for all your help,
Beth
Anyone who wants the 7 day SE plan is welcome, but it won't go on a pm (well if it does, I don't know how to do it) so you will need to pm me and let me have your email address so I can send it as an attachmentI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Hi Delly belly
You go for it with your 8lb target this month, you can do it....... Anyway i'm so pleased with my loss as i'm down to 11 stone 7.5lb which I'm soooooo pleased with. That 11 stone mark is in sight and hopefully one day i'll get to 10 stone 10lb which will put me at the top of my healthy BMI range.
Good luck to all this week.WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030 -
Hi All,
I feel a bit of a fraud popping on here once a week while every one else posts daily. I have still not cuaght up with last weeks messages yet. This is the only time I get while the little uns are at pre-school giving me 2 hours of peace and quiet to catch up on my emails and er... housework!!
First off, well done for all of your losses and keep your chin up if things have not gone so good.
Well, weigh in day for me. Something weird is going on so I think I'll be changing the battery on my scales tomorrow before I decide to throw them out of the window and give up so don't mark me on the chart yet, I'll confirm my weight later on in the weekend.
I had a sneaky weigh in on Tuesday morning and was 9st 11lb which was great as 3lb loss in 4 days but today I get back on them and am now back up to 10' so no loss in one week at all. I'll get a new battery tomorrow though and will double check on Sunday morning that this is right as the scales have been a bit doolally anyway and sometimes you have to take the battery out and put it back in to get a start reading, then it wavers between weights before settleing despite them being digital. Maybe I am really 8st and don't have anything to loose!! Ha ha!! I have been good, I have had under 6 or no syns a day and on a red day have been snacking on ham. As well as the usual HE allowances and the like and even when cooking I am very careful, I use double the HE allowance for hubby & myself but the 2 kids have a little of this as well so w are not having the full amount but I like to try and incorporate the HE into the meal rather than have syns.
But..... on Tuesday I had 2 frangapines, a biscuit and 2 penguins, (a very bad day, why does it always feel like you will die of shame and go to hell if you break you syn allowance?) as I had friends round but can't see how that would result in me putting 3lb back on in 3 days. I spent about 2 1/2 hours at the weekend up and down the stairs and loft ladder putting boxes and boxes of stock in the loft so it was not exactly light work. I thought that would work of some off the weight.
However, I "feel" and "look" like I have lost weight - does that sound weird. Today I am wearing a clingy vest top and pair of 'leisure' bottoms that don't hold my tummy in  now I am not saying I am down to a size 10 or anything like that but I would never have worn a vest top and pants like this for god knows how many years. I have checked the mirror about 15 times to be sure I look OK (god, that sounds vain) and I can't see any rolls of blubber like I used to, my boobs stick out further than my tummy (that's a good sign as I have a GG chest and that has not been the case for a while, LOL) a few lumps and bumps showing but it is not horriffic so something is going on I am sure.
However, I do feel good today and despite not losing again I feel better about things and myself as I am sure soething is going on. Besides, off to see Pirates tonight if I can remember to get the tickets booked so I get to look at Jonny Depp for a couple of hours. Yum!! First time to the cinema since the Harry Potter film last year, LOL.
Can I ask and opinion on whether people think what they have eaten the day before changes their weigh in. I had a green day yesterday and for lunch had canned spaghetti on jacket potato (I could not have bread as was saving my HEB for my 2 Alpen light, LOL) and then for dinner I had macaroni cheese with cauliflower & broccoli followed by rice pudding. I wonder if eating so much rice, pasta and potatoes affects how it is digested or does that just sound daft? Oh and I do a market each Saturday and found the food stall over the other side has Bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms for the bargain price of £1!! Perfect for a red day and fill a hole nicely instead of the usual sweets. The other thing is, when I started out on the plan I was having porridge oats for breakfast and lost weight but we ran out so I started having 2 Weetabix have not lost anything at all. Does this just sound ridiculous or could there be something in the weetabix that is not doing me any good?
Oh and one more question. Syn free chips are quoted as being 8 syns on a Red Day but can you use your HEB allowance of potatoes to make chips so they then become syn free? Thanks
Well, I will log in later on next week, I am feeling :T but a bitabout why the scales are showing no loss again. Never mind, there is always next week. I am going to keep going as I am looking better and this is the main thing, right!
