    Hi -
Did I read it right or wrong?!:o
If you're changing your weight loss chart to the total lost since dieting - can you put me at minus 18 1/2lb since joining sw? If not, I'm still not fussed by the total since 2lb club - as It's all going in the right direction!!! :j

Bit easier to keep up again now - kept forgetting which page I had last read! Sure there must be an easy way to do it - but never really get round to looking at the other stuff- spend too long surfing all the forums.

Off to post a grabbit now! :p

Hi Fritha and welcome. Sensible eating is the only way to lose weight and keep it off. All the daft diets in the world are there to make somebody a millionaire by writing diet books, but you have to stick with them for a lifetime in order to stay slim - just imagine, cabbage soup for ever, yuk!!
Try to keep busy and eat when you're hungry, not when the clock says it's lunch time. It always amazes me how, if I'm really busy (spring-cleaning or something) I can realise it's 3pm and I haven't felt hungry, whereas normally, by aroung noon I'm wanting to eat.

MrsYatesy So glad you've got the motivation back, well done! If you want a 7 day Success Express menu plan I have one I can send to you :D

Thanks for the welcome on the WL6 thread.

I am very pleased that I can post a loss of 6lb this week :T after a disappointing first week loss of 0.5lb (on SW).

I think I've pinpointed my problem, and I've worked out that I need to double my fluid intake to 4litres a day when the weathers really hot otherwise I end up retaining water. Hope you all did well this week too :D

Oh what an excellent result :T :T
Everybody should be doubling their water intake in this hot weather. It's marvellous stuff, is water - good for weight loss, good for the skin and good for muscle tone. DRINK MORE WATER :rotfl:

Well I was worried as I approached that machine in Boots, I slipped in my card, and stood on it, then the confusing bit as it displays in kg and I still work in stones and pounds, the printer kicks in, I step off and..........lost 2lb:j

Considering I was out last weekend in London (Blue Man Group) and Coventry Red Hot Chili Peppers I was so happy to have lost :T So much so I went to the Gym and pounded out a big session!!!
