well done guys with your losses this week. I weigh Wednesday morning and feel quite positive about it again this week. Despite having a rather crappy weekend I didn't pig out so i'm really proud of myself. Hopefully it will make the difference and I'll be nearing my 1st target of 11 stone, which will be 10% of what I first started at roughly. Then I hope to do mini target's, i.e get to 10.10(BMI) etc. I'm hoping to be 11 stone ish in time for hols. What, if anything is everyone aiming for, i.e wedding, hols etc?

Weigh in day - Lost 1 1/2lbs - I'm really pleased with that. 15lbs in total - when I got to the stone earlier in the year that was as far as I got so I am pleased to be past it, and determined to make it further!

Good luck to everyone else this week

Spring clean your fridge and cupboards. Get rid of anything naughty. Make sure you've got healthy snacks, like dried fruits, rice cakes, low fat yogurts.

Well done on the 1.5lbs off Honey - that's fantastic:T . .And past your previous weightloss... that's great.

Well done too to Mum2princess excellent result:T

Good luck for Wednesday Jenpoptab... I'm sure you'll be well past that first stone come Wednesday.

Welcome back Bluemonkey.... well done on maintaining whilst you've been away. That's an achievement in itself. Plenty of people can lose weight, but not too many manage to maintain their weighloss once they get to target. I look at the weeks where I've maintained rather than gained as practise for when I reach my target. I NEVER want to have to lose weight or waste money on "fat clothes" ever again. ....

That goes for you too Fritha -well done on maintaining.

I agree with Minerva about the peppermint tea. It definitely helps to soothe bloated and windy tummies. The only problem is, it's gotta come out some way.. and if you can't stick peppermint tea, you can get peppermint oil capsules from your local health food shop (great so long as you don't mind burping minty).

And I do believe that Martin says there are some things you shouldn't skimp on. TP is one of them for me.. It's a non negotiable expense.:rotfl: :rotfl:
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.

    Hi folks

Back from my hols and I haven't gone any where near the scales so I have no idea how I have done - weigh in tomorrow night. Had a good week with lots of swimming, walking, running around with the kids, but also enjoyed lots of good food, wine, cheese  so will not be too troubled as to what my weight has done. Excellent if I have lost, good if I stay the same and to be expected if I put on :rotfl: .

Congrats to all who lost last week and keep going for those who have stayed the same or put on. Welcome to all the newbies good to have you on board and I am sure you will get lots of support and motivation from the board.

Will update tomorrow on how I get on.
