welcome Andrea - 8lb in that space of time is great - well done. If you start to lose heart come on here for a chat - we do kick up the bums too!

Katie - very normal - it eases a bit when your body gets used to the change in diet.

imagine what it's been like in my house with two of us on a diet:rotfl:

lol pug! so now the question is, to be a good little MSE-er and buy the cheap loo roll, or do we treat ourselves to the branded soft stuff given that we're suffering for the sake of our health . . . . .

would NEVER have dared to ask that question in a group environment!!

Whatever you do, do it in confort and you'll feel more motivated.:p

I've tried carbon pills but they didn't work... and yes, it's a bit difficult to tackle this "in public".

Congrats to all those who lost this week. I weighed myself in Boots this morning and I'm afraid I've not lost anything, I've not put anything on so I spose it's not the end of the world!

I spose I'm not going to make my first million with the blood loss diet! ;-)

Hi all, long time no post.

I have been ill with this really rubbish inner ear virus so everything has been a bit upside down the last 2 weeks - so to speak. Thought I would get on and have a read of the messages as I have not been on the board for almost 2 weeks but aarrgghh, another 14 pages so apologies if I missed any messages when I mentioned the SW Optimise sheets - sorry for that. Please PM me if you want some and I'll sort them out for you. I have been exhausted and losing weight has been the last thing on my mind. I am embarrassed by the amount that SW Optimise are hassling me for my weight in and whether things are going 'OK'. LOL.

I have been weighing myself weekly though and am still at the same weight despite me being naughty and eating cheese, sweets and bread most days which I had cut down on. Back to getting on track though in the next few days I guess. Not bfeeling brilliant but feeling better, you lot give me the motivation to do it but cooking is the last thing I want to do at the moment so we have been having sandwiches or salads - oh and chocolate, naughty me.

Hope everyone is well, hopefully will catch up on some messages later.

    Bye.

Weigh in day - Lost 1 1/2lbs - I'm really pleased with that. 15lbs in total - when I got to the stone earlier in the year that was as far as I got so I am pleased to be past it, and determined to make it further!

Good luck to everyone else this week
