    Well, went to RC this morning for a weigh in, and I've gained 2lbs :mad:

    I haven't been stuffing my face this week so I can only assume it's the hot weather. Last week I managed to lose 3lbs, then gain 3lbs and then lose it again all in the space of a few days, so I'm hoping to do the same in reverse this week - i.e. gain two pounds then lose three... haha.

    Total weight loss is still 7 pounds, so that's 7 pounds less than I would have been. It's very tempting to say s*d it and buy a big bar of chocolate though.:eek:

    Dont Worry about it Lois, It seems with you that your weight fluctuates quite a lot - if you were to weigh yourself tomorrow you'd probably be lighter.

    Have a small bar of chocolate as a treat, but keep your mind set on losing weight, not giving up!

    Its so frustrating when you have a good week and it doesnt show on the scales. Its all to do with hormones too I think.

    I weighed in between ww meetings today at boots, and came up 1lb heavier, I shall have to forgo the holiday food and be stricter this week. Veg soup, here I come.
    WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbs
    Weight today = 17st 6.5lbs
    Loss to date 32.5lbs!!!

    Hi Guys,

    Can anyone tell me if the syn value on the lists online are per item or per pack? I looked up M&S muffins and it says 4 pk, 70gs each 14.5 syns:eek: ... would that be each? or for the full pack?

    Also, if you have a breaded chicken breast fillet (it's 9.5 syns on green) can you take the chicken as a heB and the 4.5 syns that you'd have to use on original or is it tough cookie... ?

    :naughty::naughty:kiwichick - you really shouldn't weigh yourself between meetings. It takes the full week for any weightloss to show on the scales. Hormones, fluid retention, heat and lots of other things could show a gain - don't be disheartened. Just stick to your points and you'll be fine when it comes to your weigh in.
