I've had two babies and it's definitely more wobbly (stomach) than before, despite me being a lot heavier than I am now with both pregnancies. I suppose your skin stretches that much that it has no where to go back to. I guess with the right exercise you can help it go away but I'm not sure. Most people I have spoken to including the slim ones all have a wobbly tum.WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030 -

Oh no! I dont think I stretched that much, my daughter was quite small (5lb 13oz) & I only have 1 stretch mark on my stomach. My skin doesnt seem that wobbly, but I think I still look pregnant! I suppose it may help if I actually try exercising!! LOL!

LOL, heavens, I am saving for a tummy tuck, ha ha!! I swear if I won money tomorrow I'd be off to the surgeon to get rid of all my tummy with the blink of an eye and you wouldn't see me for dust clouds!! Mine just seems to be skin, OK some fat, but it just hangs and dominates everything that I wear. I had a big gynea op and had to have another when I was recovering and 3 months later got pregnant and then 5 months after having a baby got pregnant again. My tummy is never going to be the same no matter how much I exercise. I can't wear skirts as it stick right out and sounds gross but hangs over the scar as I ended up being cut from one side to the other. I won't even show my husband and make sure I get dressed or undressed quickly so he can't see me, how bad is that?? I get so embarrassed if I see him looking at me. I never go to bed with it showing and put a big T-shirt or jammies on.
That being said and on a lighter note, out of 6 of my friends there are 4 of them who have perfect flat tums after having 2 babies so all is not lost and yes, get that stomach exerciser out and I am sure it'll go.0 -
I just looked at the chart and well done everyone, the chart is looking good. I'll try to keep up this week. Well, my ironing board is broken (thanks son) so trying to iron on the table but I cannot really be bothered *sigh* I hate mornings like this but I really do have nothing to wear so unless I want to scare people I must get my finger out, LOL!!0

Hi everyone
I'm back from my hols and pleased to say I have actually lost a bit of weight!! I was in Germany for a few days and it was so hot I ate lots of fruit and salads and so I went down about 3 pounds. :j Though I did sample the local beer a couple of times
I'm still trying to count calories and eat mostly fruit and veg but I have upped my intake to about 1200 calories a day - I think 1000 was a bit too low.
It's funny how if you stop worrying about your weight and rushing to the scales, when you finally decide to weight yourself the weight has gone down!!
Feeling more positive about shifting a few pounds and want to thank everyone for their encouragement and support. My first goal is to get under 10 stone which I'm hoping to do by September.0 -
well done everyone on your weight loss this week. I've really enjoyed this board and i think it has helped me. I weighed in yesterday after my first week and I'd lost 700g( sorry, I'm of that generation that is illeiterate in imperial and only half literate in metric). I was so pleased I went home and signed up for the online service and I'm looking forward to getting started with it.
Tigerlily v impressed that you actually lost weight on holiday in germany - all those sausages and you still ate salad. Go you!0 -
Cooooeeee...you've all done so well! What a great run of posts
My tummy flops and i've had no babies.Hope that losing the weight and exercise will be enough to get rid of it!
