Hi All,
I just wanted to say if on SW I have a list of the HEA and B's off my Optimising plan so if anyone wants a copy of this or the syns list then PM me & I can copy them and post them to you (am I allowed to do this??). I saw some mails about the confusion over HE allowances and with this list you cannot go wrong as everything is listed under Originals and Green days etc... We have it pinned up in the kitchen for when cooking, making dinner, etc. It helps to put it in the diary, I have printed copies of these as well. maybe more up to date if people are confused about the quantities of food allowed and maybe there has been changes from what I have been reading. I started 3 weeks ago so it is a new one. Please ask and I can send them if I am allowed to do this.

Thanks for letting me know it is not just me that can't stop eating. I won't feel guilty about it but glad the fridge broke down while I had PMT as I don't feel so bad about it all now. Ha ha!!0 -

Lots of people say that following SW costs more, and I agree that fruit and veg aren't cheap, but it's true what you say - the cost of the healthy food is offset by the savings on biscuits, chocolate, takeaways etc.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Blue Monkey: I have no idea how to help with PMT, I went on the pill to control my interesting hormones (don't get me started) although I can't seem to lose weight on it! So, er, lesse3r of two evil, have a sandwich, do as Cheekymole et al have suggested, really enjoy it and thwn hide the bread and go out for walk somewhere where you don't pass any bakeries!
Lois: I'm happy to stay on the 2 pound chart, it'll hopefully give me a shove in the right direction! If it all gets too much tho I'll beg to be removed! ;-)
Honey: The wedding is slated for May next year (almost everyone I know is having babies so we're having to avoid all of them arriving!) Although in true MSE style, if we can get a venue we like cheaper at a different time then it's flexible! If you like you can stand next to all the pregnant ladies/new mothers, then you'll feel really thin! ;-) I'm using the dress to motivate myself, hence why I keep looking at them and getting overexcited! This is the one I like
Consultant: Everyone gets confused with new technology it'll just take a bit of getting used to so don't panic, and if in doubt turn it off and on again ;-) Oh and if I were you I'd still write everything on paper until you're happy with it, just to reassure youself that it's going to be fine!Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0 -
I actually approached that machine in Boots yesterdsay, but it was broken, I didnt know whether to laugh or cry!
So I went down the gym instead and tried again this morning, another 3lb lost in nine days this time, makes the running total 3st 9lb since Feb :beer: :j :beer:

Hi I am really new to mse but have loved all the tips everybody gives its great. Ive tried a few times to continue with SW but am struggling alot. I have recently found out about this new diet Lighter life, it looks to be all sachets of shakes and soups and its supposed to be very low calorie but the results seem to good to be true, claims such as 3 stone in 3 months.
also its seems really expensive wouldnt mind if it def worked
I wonder if anybody out there has tried it and can give me some feedback ?

Anyone have any menus/tips on how to put on weight quickly.

I know that being underweight can be as serious a problem as being overweight, but the remedies are completely different, so I don't really think this is the right place to ask the question.

I have been REALLY good all week, counted everything out, wrote everything down. I know that I shouldnt have but I weighed myself this morning and I am still the same weight I was last week - WI day isnt until Monday - What am I doing wrong:mad:
