Hello :D nice to see you. You've done awfully well with the weight loss, congratulations. Have you more to lose or are you at target?

Suggs, do we take it the outlaws are fair game? Don't forget you may well be one eventually :rotfl:

I doubt it the way my children are talking at the moment :) The jokes were for Dellybelly, don't worry I will change later on to another target :p If I can remember any :o

    Well done losers

OH stayed same. I weigh Wed then I have haircut appt at 1pm, still haven't decided what to do. If I do go for the chop that will probably knock half a pound or so off straight away as it's quite long.

Off on Hols on Fri. How I can't wait.

Can forget all about the rubbish Fri night I had and can think of hot sunny beaches.

Wore the new dress and boots on Sat to a party. Felt like a million dollars. My boss' OH said how well I was doing on diet and I was pleased.

Did lots of digging yesterday so hopefully that's going to help with the diet. Hvae stuck to points but yesterday I was so in the need of something else to eat but I resisted temptation. I am running freezer down. Found some frozen desserts. 1 M&S one is 11 points- aaargh, that's one for the kids. Another chicago town one is 4.5 points per 1/5, so that's being given to a friend for her kids and my kids to share after lunch. Then they will have to avoid sugary stuff for the rest of the week.

Anyway good luck to all this week.

  • Hi all lost 1lb this week after disasterous start. Bought a ton of slimfast stuff at weekend mostly on BOGOF or multibuy and using vouchers basically paid pennies for 12 cans shake and 4 soups. Anyone else on slimfast?? would love to chat to you about it - have never done it before. Had shake for brekkie, banana mid morning and just had soup and a cuppa for lunch. Will have another shake around 4pm as that's my danger time. Will have w/w meal and salad/veg plus fruit&yog for dinner with slimfast snack bar or pretzels for evening snack. Does that sound ok - too many/few cals? have tons of weight to lose (7 1/2 stone) so don't want to cut back too far just yet.
Let me know what you think - above would be an average day - might swap evening snack for glass wine on occasions.
    Thanks
    Annie
  • Weighed in this morning - lost another 3lbs  :j :T

I'm delighted, and although I'm so rotund nobody's noticed yet, I can really feel my clothes a bit looser, and my belt tightens much more! What's more, I'm seriously missing exercise if I don't fit any in .... it's great! Should lose my first stone this week <G>

Thanks all for such great support, and I hope everyone has a great week ahead
  • I'm now back from Blackpool. Had a great weekend. lovely d&d. I was the youngest in a room of 250 people.(i'm 35) it was great. they're all Aden vets including my dad who was so drunk I had to hold him up on the dance floor. I ate drank and was very merry. But hopefully danced off a few calaries. All thoughts of sw went out the window when we arrived on Friday night and my cousin open a bottle of wine. Had a lovely breakfast of grilled bacon, mushrooms, scrambled egg, toms and 1 sausage then nothing till the dinner followed by lots of wine. another breakfast sunday with a icecream on the prom at st ann's. sunday was roast pork. potatoes ,snips and cabbage. though they weren't dry roasted but very nice. speaking of dry roasted i did have some nobby's nuts at bingo where i won £3.
got to the airport for our 10oclock flight back to stanstead to be told at 10.10 the flight was cancelled! So we then we had to make a mad run round to check in to rebook our flight for this morning. We new we had to be in the first 20 to get a seat. if it had been the olymics I would have won a medal.
Anyway weigh in tonight. I'm not holding out much hope but will go and face the music. Day one again today.
    HOW MUCH ?
  • Well done Annie on your weight loss.
The only trouble with these liquid sort of diets is that you're not learning new habits. At some point you're going to 'come off' it and that's when it could all go pear-shaped. However, if you're happy at the mo, that's fine. If and when you decide to change to a food diet, you'll get lets of info on here.

Wow, Eels way to go!! :T

:rotfl: Alyssa look at all the Body Magic involved, chasing after another flight. Glad you enjoyed your weekend.

    hello

Have had far too many haribo today, very naughty. Girls stressing me out. 1 has pulled casserole dish out of cupboard and smashed it, the other has managed to spill all of her beads from her necklace set on the floor, so not only is there a mess everywhere I am just going insane!

Can't wait to get to work tonight............
