That made my day - I think I'm going to leave the tag on the jeans when I wear them so everyone can see the size :rotfl:

    I know, I need to get out more don't I :o

Well Done Honey  personally I would get a T-Shirt made up with the message on it in bright bold colours :D

Not the same when my shirts still have numbers and the letters X and L in them, but Im getting there.

Sing it from the rooftops, when you do get out more :j

I forgot to tell you - how could I though - I was in Next earlier and managed to get into a pair of size 12 jeans and a pair of combats. I managed to get the size 10's on and fastened although I had difficulty breathing :rotfl: so went for the 12's. That made my day - I think I'm going to leave the tag on the jeans when I wear them so everyone can see the size :rotfl:

Someone said the same thing to me the other day, I may invest in a sash that says Size 12 bottoms- woo hoo!

suggs well done this week, my hubby is feeling great too and although he is in XXL I'm sure there will be a different drop in one of the X soon.

I lost half a pound. It wobbled between a pound and a half then settled on half. I'm happy enough - its in the right direction!
  • well done losers. I off to my weigh in at 7pm and dreading it. after that big hic up where i practacally ate everything insight. I have been alright till the evenings. hubby was eating a big bag of doritos whilst watching midsummer murders last night and i found myself abscent mindedly munching on them. then i couldn't stop.while i'm reading this thread I've also eaten a box of candy sticks that my daughter asked me to look after(oops). So tomorrow is going to be a fresh start. I think I'll listen in on the new starters tonight and try and get back in the right frame of mind.
    HOW MUCH ?

    Hi all

I've caught up on the week's events, which is quite amusing when it's all read in one session. Well done :T you've lost a stone between you this week!

I purposely didn't say 'we' because I maintained again. The last couple of weeks have been an obstacle course littered with temptation so I'm thankful not to have gained. Today is DAY ONE - a new start, so like Honey, if anyone sees me even looking at something naughty, give me a boot!

Welcome to Annie and Oakdale_minx, and good luck with your first week.

Slimmer of the week goes to Ciara this week, with an excellent 3.5lbs. JenI is honorary joint Slimmer of the week as she lost the same amount but isn't officially 'in the club'. _party_ Well done to both of you.

Here's the chart. If I've missed anything, please let me know.

    hello all

Well I managed it stuck to the things i took to work today and didn't eat the biccies woohoo. In fact I felt so full up after my lunchtime curry I didn't eat the second Goodness bar and have just had it now instead lol.

Rachel wow I am so impressed with your dedication logging on from Japan lol good luck and I hope your trip goes well.

Eels - fab on the 3lb loss - way to go - I may have to join you on the Davina as Rosemary and her dancers are getting a bit boring now and I think I need a pep up lol

Jennitels - yep the planned thing worked for me today as when I was tempted by the biscuits I just had a Ryvita bar or my apple so that was cool but long term planning for the week doesn't - strange woman:rolleyes: .

Tallgirl well done on the 2lb loss. Fab bearing in mind your late meetings.:T

Jenpoptab Well done to Mr J. Glad to hear your conservatory is getting on its way and you sound a bit brighter than last week so thats good to see too.

suggsie well what can I say 3lb :j you are so cool and as for your rugby achievements what a fab feeling that must have been - could you have done that 6 months ago???? Mind you losing your weight will make you less scary on the rugby pitch - maybe you will end up as the scrum half or one of the wingers :D

Honey love the idea of having the tag hanging out of your jeans - could be the next fashion statement :rotfl: Well done on losing the 1/2 lb - they all count.

Allyssa hope the weigh in went ok.

Lois maintaining is better than gaining so good on you.

    Ciara congratulations on being SOTW

Sorry if I have missed anyone but Mondays appear to be a busy day on here.

Have a good evening one and all

Meant to ask - does anyone know when DellyBelly is back???
  • whoops bit late for posting my weigh in lois, sorry - i'm down 0.6kg this week which is now a total of 7kg from the start. yay!
consultant, is it okay if I pm you with a couple of questions? I'm doing bodyoptimise which is ace but it doesn't have an 'ask consultant' facility which i could really do with . . .. .
  • sorry, rushing to catch the new spooks on bbc3 - huge well down to you all!!!!!!:j
  • A big well done to everyone who's worked hard to be good this week. I'm embarking on another hopefully successful one, and to this end have made a big pot of bean casserole for my lunches. Fat free, seriously filling and totally removes risk of eating pie instead. Planning some Davina before brekkie tomorrow, so off to bed now to muster my energy.

    Keep smiling people!
