Unfortunately it's not very glamorous! Just been to Starbucks of all places with friends and resisted all of the nice cakes and biscuits - just had a diet coke.
I'm sure that the jet lag is making me behave - will be back to wanton gluttony tomorrow!0 -
Well done so far this week to Moira, Eels and Tallgirl :T :T
and Rachel - what dedication - logging on from Japan. Have a great trip!
Weigh in today - not holding out much hope! Go away this weekend overnight with friends. I know it is going to be a drink-athon  so I am planning to be 100% until Saturday - to help balance it out! Kick me if you see me with chocolate or biscuits in my hand!
Off grocery shopping now - the joys of it
Have a good day all.0 -
Hi guys
Hubby lost 3lb this week, well done to him. He thinks it's a stone so far, so he is feeling a lot happier about himself.
JenI- not off on hols yet, go on 29th, I can't wait.
Things have started moving in our garden now. The dwarf wall for conservatory is going up today and tomorrow. The fence is all up. I even helped hubby with it, so we are very pleased with our overall acievement. Plus it helped burn a few calories for me and lots for my hubby.
Good luck to all this week.

Thanks Eels100, a little achey today and that made me smile :cheesy: well done and congrats on your weightloss, I'm off to Boots later see if something has fallen off
Rachel, hope you enjoy Japan, my daughter is learning Japanese at school and has a strange dance that helps her count 1 to 10, theres an itchy knee in there somewhere
Moiracm - Well done on the 1lb. "Its good to be back, Its good to be back!!" :T
Jenpoptab - Hope you enjoy your holiday when you go, congratulations to your OH on the loss of 3lb
Honey Good Luck for later, you never know you might be lucky. I thought Monkeylugs was the owner of the kicking facility?? But happy to help if I see you with those pesky biscuits or choc.
Consultant just think of the exercise you got throwing the ball for the uppy and then getting it yourself :T Not been a dog owner myself, I always wondered how does a dog know to pickup the ball and bring it back??
Lois hope you enjoyed your housework :T I did do some yesterday, not enough though, but I try my best.

Off to collect daughter and son-in-law from the airport, then going straight to work. Late finish tonight, so may be pushed for time to come on here. So, have a good day everyone. See you soon :wave:I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Just back from Boots lost 2lb in addition to the 1lb I mentioned on the 14th so thats 3lb since last monday's maintained :j
Still seem to be on the 9/10/11 day cycle, as the previous lost was Sept 6th and before that 25th Aug. At least I seem to be consistent

I forgot to tell you - how could I though - I was in Next earlier and managed to get into a pair of size 12 jeans and a pair of combats. I managed to get the size 10's on and fastened although I had difficulty breathing :rotfl: so went for the 12's. That made my day - I think I'm going to leave the tag on the jeans when I wear them so everyone can see the size :rotfl:
I know, I need to get out more don't I0
