Well done ciara! Fantastic loss!
Went to SW last night and invested in some choc and orange hi-fi bars. I'm embarrassed to admit that i've never had them before (despite being on and (mostly) off on SW for 3years ish) because i alwyas use my HEs on bread! Had one last night and found it delicious and think it's worth sacrificing the bread just to get a few more of these in my diet
Also tried the Ryvita mini things which are another HEB. They taste pretty much like normal ryvitas tbh and i wasn't overly impressed. Got home last night and OH start snacking on sour cream dip and doritos and although I helped myself to one I decided it was silly to waste my syns on it! Instead I grabbed some quark and threw a few herbs into and dipped the ryvita things and felt like I was treating myself (even though i was just using a HE and some free dip!).
Wow. The world without bread is a wonderful place full of exciting new products!!! Am going to try those whitworths apple crisp things next week when tescos has restocked them!
Have a good day all.0 -
Well done from me too Ciara
Afraid I only maintained this week - still 1.5lb down on start weight0 -
well done ciara
I'm very interested in the slow cooker idea and may invest in one when I return from my hols- only two weeks to go- hurrah!
I was at work last night at the youth club, one of the volunters & staff who returned for first time this term complimented my loss and have said how well I am doing. Also one of our female Young people also mentioned it- I was very happy.
Busy again today, just had big bowl of porridge to keep me going 'til lunch.
Good luck all.

I am getting interested in the slowcooker idea too, my mother in law is always on about it so maybe I should borrow hers. Jenpoptab well done bet it felt great that people noticed, get that bikini out for your holiday.
I am off to London today to a meeting but first I am having lunch with a client. No idea where to take him as I don't really know Borough that well but the Borough market is just so fab there must be somewhere around there. If all else fails there is a Costa Coffee close to where the meeting is. Will try to be good and order low fat. Not too bad last night had bangers and mash but only ate 2 (would normally have 3) and cooked some mangetout without butter. Had some redwine though. I seriously think I could shift my weight by just cutting out the booze but I am not sure I want to will just have to take longer. Also get well soo Honey
Anyway must be off now, well done Caira keep going.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Morning all
Hope we are all good.
Went to see the consultant yesterday about my dodgy knee, have to go for a scan in a few weeks and then hopefully we will know what is wrong. Oddly enough I am still allowed to train and play rugby.
There seems to be a nice little battle this week for the SotW, I weighted myself yesterday before the hospital and have lost 1lb, I should be happy, but to be honest Im disappointed with that. Though I know I tend to be on this 8/9/10 day cycle so it could improve, I am not going to be able to get to Boots again to Saturday lunchtime.
Consultant31, Thank you for those words, funny how sometimes things hit home and put you off kilter for a bit. I think I might be trying too hard, I want to raise the fitness levels and I want to look slimmer as well as be slimmer. I do appreciate I may not be eating enough for the work I do, but perversely in my little world, this is countactered by the occasional mishap. The gym evens out the bread rolls, the salad evens out the latte. Does that make sense? I am having difficulty finding the balance at the moment. Yesterday I had bowl of cereal, bowl of salad with some ham and a roll, latte and a cookie went to parents, roast beef, mash, peas carrots and no gym. Today I am act work, So already had cereal, and have 2 ham rolls, muller healthy balance yogurt and a dunker in the bag till this evening when I get home. I ran out of saladBut thank you and honey.
Moiracm – good luck to today, I wont be spying on you this time ;-) Don’t worry about the biscuits, things happen, just learn to say hello to them, acknowledge the presence and then wave goodbye to them afterwards.
Katyk – Well done on maintaining this week.
Jenpoptab – It is a great feeling when someone notices :j sometimes I want to wear a badge as friends don’t seem to notice as they see you all the time.
TallGirl – Hope London isn’t too bad for you, cant say I have been to Borough Market, but the Costas sounds good to me, mines a latte thanks
Honey – Hope your feeling better soon
Hello Lois hope your ok, I do hope the size issue you seem to have is only in relation to slow cookers
Anyways, back to work I suppose, Im in the office today as I have a meeting about disaster recovery later. Sounds quite interestingProud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

That is so true, people who see you everyday don't notice, I bet you are looking great!
I'm having a wobbly day- tears and everything. So far I am not tempted to eat rubbish, I do have a few points over from yesterday if my day gets worse though.
Hope everyone feels positive today, good luck for the weekend.WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030 -

Hi jenpoptab,
Blimey no wonder you're feeling tearful.I was wondering in which order was the most worrying for you or have you lisred them in importance? Taking each one separatley sounds like you can cope but having them all together is a nightmare.
Hopefully after today you're w/e will improve. Look after yourself-especially today.
