Hi all
sorry have not been on again for a few days but have been so shattered. My little one has his back teeth coming through and has been having a week of disrupted sleep with them, therefore so has mummy lol Poor thing its so sore for him - but normally its over in a couple of weeks. However, as a result my willpower and resolve have flown out of the window (or maybe the tooth fairy has nicked it)
Anyway suffice to say that my bad 2.5 days actually has turned into a bad week and its weigh in tomorrow  but never mind its a new week on wednesday and I have already planned all my menus for next week so no matter how tired I get I know whats for brekkie, lunch, dinner and snacks (lol that sounds a bit obsessed) but I know it will work for me as being organised is half the battle.
Well done to all that have lost last week - 18lbs thats a great collective loss again and never mind to those who didn't - tomorrow is another day. Welcome to the newbies I am sure you will enjoy the thread.
Have a good holiday Mrs Yatesey and well done on being 1/2 lb off your target - go and enjoy yourself.0 -
I lost another 1lb this week, that makes 3 stone 6 1/2 pounds so far. Hopefully I should get my 3 1/2 stone award next week.
I got asked to help out today, sitting taking the money. Did I hear somewhere that if you are one of the helpers that you don't have to pay? Or did I imagine it? Anyway, it will mean that I will have to stay, even if I put weight on! lolQuidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j0 -
Well done Sue :T0

Honey,
You should've got a free pass too as the current offer is bring a friend and get a free week (I think)
Sue,
Fantastic, well doneI haven't got one!0 -
Hi, i had my weigh in last night. 4.5lbs off. Star week last week, and lots of take-away. Feel more positive again.
Still doing my scrap book, so will ask OH to take next lot of photos today - not taken any more since i started.
I am also going to start writing a few goals in there - been lazy recently and need to get back on track. The way i figure it though is that life goes on and if i thought i would never eat another packet of crisps of drink alcohol, then i would fall off the wagon big time. I have failed so many times, this time around i am beating myself up less when i have a blow out, and just getting back on track again the next day.
Reading this thread helps so much, as i know i am not alone in finding some days harder than others. Thanks guys, and continued good luck!!!
xWhat's he building in there???

Yes well done, I have to say I do like Lydia's scrap book idea - what kind of things do you put in it if yo udon't mind me asking? I have hidden a bit of paper in a draw with my goal weight on it, which I've scrubbed out and changed about 8 times:rotfl:(makes it easier lol!) but Ilike the idea of a scrap book or journal or something to keep me going.
I've just had a solero and they're massive and only one point yum! (WW by the way)
I got my years old bike out before and hosed it down, pumped up the tyres and that. Just working myself up to go out on it now, isn't it daft I find the older I get the more of a scaredy cat I am!
I used to go the gym all the time, but after a neck injury in Feb (feb! and still waiting for physio!) I haven't done any. Got the weight watchers claire sweeny dvd too so might see what that is like too.
Now where's the stabilisers...0 -

15 months, so not a quick loss, but I am really starting to look and feel different. I noticed the bit where the grill pan sits on was broken yesterday. dh says it has been broken for a while, I probably haven't bent down that far for years!Quidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j0
