    NearlyRich,
You're coming to Winsford? Not much here. Can I be nosey and ask where you're going when you're here?

Sorry I didn't see this post until now, I went to see one of my customers who are on the industrial estate in Winsford.

Well, I changed the battery on my scales and weighed myself this morning and have lost 2lb since the last weigh in so please stick that on the chart for me. Thank you.

    That's great - well done! :T
It started with popcorn on Friday night, a hot dog and huge donut on Saturday and a jacket potato loaded with fat cheese for tea. Followed by something else - can't remember what. Sunday we went to Pizza hut for the buffet - I had salad so don't knock me for that one (do the 5 slices of pizza count, LOL) and then helped myself to the kids sweets and Ice cream. Dinner was 4 slices of white toast with marmite and jam (not mixed together though) and an evening of crisps and loads of chocolate. LOL, there is always tomorrow right. Oh yes, and my friend bought a box of Roses for me so we all ate those.

Anyway, I did weigh myself this morning and have lost 2lb more than I had on Friday so who knows what is going on but sticking with that 2lb loss for last week so only have until Friday to lose another 2lb but getting back on the wagon this week and being good from now on (after I have been to the cake shop this morning and had a nice cream cake to finish off my nostalgic weekend!!). It was nice for the weekend but eating all that food made me feel bloody awful really and I did realise that I don't miss it really but it is nice to have every now and then, just not all the time like I used to eat it.

I've found that having eaten healthily for a number of years, although I still fancy things like fish & chips, when I actually eat them I don't really enjoy them, and my body reacts to it by making me feel sluggish, giving me indigestion etc.
I read a couple of mails from other people earlier back about having a bad few days. Don't beat yourself up about it and get back on the straight and narrow in a couple of days time. You are not going to put loads on or get an extra hours walk in or something if you feel bad about yourself.
Exactly! Put it behind you, remind yourself why you want to lose weight, find your resolve, and get back on the plan. :)
Can I also ask someone, I thought I had to have alternate green/red days, does this mean I can have more red days than green or even just red days, I really do not think the carbs agree with me too much as I have been getting indigestion since eating so many and they make me feel so bloated and yuck. Pasta is OK every now and them but all the time does not leave me feeling so brilliant, if I can get away from this and have more red days then that would be great. Thank you.

You can have ALL red days or ALL green days if you want to. In fact when SW first started, it was solely based on the red plan, which is why it's also called the Original plan. As a result veggies weren't able to follow SW, so they introduced a plan they could follow as well. When I was doing SW I used to have four green days and three red days each week.

Just back from SW. Only lost a half pound this week and I am disappointed. I know its half in the right direction but I really was trying very hard

Oh well, its only made me more determined to try harder. I'm off work for a few days after tomorrow - its bank holiday over here this week so I am going to make an effort to get up off my backside and do some exercise - walking if the weather stays dry.

I am bridesmaid at my friends wedding next year. It always seemed so far away but it is getting closer and she wants to start looking for dresses  Thats my motivation :o

Meant say - Consultant 31 kindly emailed me a success express plan - I'm going to try that this week. Thanks :T

    Hi,
The banana and custard Muller lights are free (I think - and hope!!). I should think the pudding one is the same as the other cheesecake and stuff ones, which I think are 1/2 syn.

I lost 1lb today on my early weigh in - the boot with the teeth obviously did the job! :j

I am off on holiday tomorrow, only 1/2 lb heavier than I had hoped to be (let's not say what I'll be on my return just yet!!).

Hope everyone has a great week.
Misguided maybe, but never really bad!! :A

    Hello!

Firstly, I must confess to being a bit of a lurker on this thread! I joined SW three weeks ago and so far I have lost 7lbs of the three stone that I need to lose, so very pleased!

Still can't work out how I can eat so much food and still lose weight!

I came across an Excel food diary somewhere on the internet for SW, but now I can't find it and I am on my last Food diary sheet!

Does anyone have one or could post a link to one?

Thanks and well done to all the losers on here.

I'm feeling quite pleased with myself today . I only ate what i took to work (as i'd counted the points) and stayed away from the choccy machine. Then i went to the gym while dd was a dancing. I had to ground her for swearing (her dance teacher told me) and i don't like telling her off (makes me upset which makes me eat) but i just came home & made dinner staight away. So all in all a good start. Doesn't seem much really when i'm reading everyones losses but i really can only do this one day at a time ... god i sound like i should be in therapy!!! Off for my G&T now with my last 1/2 point
