I'm feeling quite pleased with myself today . I only ate what i took to work (as i'd counted the points) and stayed away from the choccy machine. Then i went to the gym while dd was a dancing. I had to ground her for swearing (her dance teacher told me) and i don't like telling her off (makes me upset which makes me eat) but i just came home & made dinner staight away. So all in all a good start. Doesn't seem much really when i'm reading everyones losses but i really can only do this one day at a time ... god i sound like i should be in therapy!!! Off for my G&T now with my last 1/2 point

Good for you. Knowing your trigger points is a huge leap in the right direction.

You've taken that step and are on your way to your destination :j

Has anyone tried the new Sticky Toffee Pudding Muller lights? Any idea how many syns in them or the banana and custard ones?

mmmm Just looked up the same muller light, had to use the syns calculator and I worked it out to be 5 1/2 syns!! Anybody know any different? Looks like this ones for OH then :(

I can't say I've seen the sticky toffe pud ones, but I would guess they'll be like the others with 'bits of cake/biscuit' in. If so, they'll probably be 1 syn. I'm almost sure they won't be more than that. The banana & custard ones are free I think.
Must keep my eyes open for the stp ones, sounds yummy ;)

    Hi everyone

Here are the results this week, well done to everyone that I've included, we had a total weight loss of 18 pounds :T

I managed another pound, so I've only got 6 to go to achieve my aim for the month! Now which bit of my body can I cut off without anyone noticing... :rotfl: How are you doing Dellybelly?

If anyone wants to add or change anything feel free to email, pm or post the change on here. Likewise if you'd like to join the club.

Don't worry if you can't face the gym. There are plenty of exercises you can do at home.

c31 - thanks for posting my lunch things - they are my winter lunches as a rule, can't face hot food at lunchtime unless it's tomatoes and mushrooms on toast. Need the good ol stodgy food in the winter to keep me warm.

I was looking at some photos of when I made target ten years ago - OMG:eek: At least I have a little more style now!!!!!!!!!:o

I adapted a nice recipe the other day - will post it on recipes thread later, good one for breakfast or lunch.

Weigh in day tomorrow - keeping everything crossed for 1/2 lb, then I'll have lost 10% of my starting body weight! (Will that mean I join the club 10 thing, or do i have to wait the ten weeks?)

    Hi,
The banana and custard Muller lights are free (I think - and hope!!). I should think the pudding one is the same as the other cheesecake and stuff ones, which I think are 1/2 syn.

Apple pie, cherry bakewell are 1 syn each
The cheesecake and the rhubarb crumble one's are half a syn
And I believe Banana and custard are 1/2 a syn each

Hi Minerva & Moo - Welcome. Welcome to all others I have missed saying Hi to :hello: Our little group gets bigger by the day - hopefully as we all get smaller :rotfl:

Loopylooe - well done for staying focussed. If you remember this time each time you get stressed you will remember that you can get through it without reaching for the biscuit tin. Good for you. Not so good thought that DD is grounded - I keep threatening this then remember its school holidays and easier and much more pleasant to let them go outside :rotfl:

Good Luck tomorrow Cathy, fingers crossed. As far as I know you reach club10 when you lose 10% of your weight, irrespective of the time you have been there - maybe consultant31 could clarify.

    Consultant 31 -

Can I ask you another quick question ;) Tonight I brough my mum along to SW and she joined. I didnt stay to class as I had DS & DD with me. Another girl brought a friend to join and she got a free pass for next week. Should I have got one or did I lose out because I was unable to stay to class
