Sorry I didnt get to post last week for the 2lb club, but i was in wolves and my nan hasnt got the internet.

However I have put on 2 lb since last time....(the opposite objective)

I knew it though...nan's love to fatten you up even when you don't need to be. So I am gonna start this week good to go back level peggins....

Well done to all those that lost something..

    Lost 3lb - well chuffed!!!

Honey that's marvellous!! :T You've been doing so brilliantly over the last few weeks - bet the previous rough patch is just a distant memory now!!

Hope you feel better soon delly.:grouphug: Try and get vitamins into you in one way or another (real orange juice may be an option) but i'm sure it'll work itself out of your body eventually.

Shame about your 2lbs QT. It's easier to lose 2lbs than it is a stone so make sure you try and lose it over the next week or so.

    Have a good day all.

So many posts to catch up with Well done Monkeylugs that is amazing and well done to all who lost. Lois thanks for the kick I appreciate that will try harder this week.
Been away Sunday night but been good I think only had a sandwich for dinner Sunday night as I didn't get up there until 9pm. We always get lunch at our sales meeting but I had 1 sandwich no crisps and only 3 tiny pieces of flapjack. I did try to resist but with the box sitting right beside me at a boring meeting it was hard. Stopped for a coffee on the way back but did not have a cake which required great willpower as they looked so luch in Costa Coffee.

Going out with my big boss today, bit worried but I should be OK as the people I am seeing I either used to work with them or I know them well.

Tall girl, I hope all goes well with big boss. Well done for not giving in to temptation.

Didnt get to post properly last night. QT - dont worry about the gain - you knew what caused it and thats the main thing. Hope today goes ok tallgirl and good luck with your weigh in tomorrow jenpoptab! Hope I havent missed someone/thing.

I was really shocked about losing 3lb last night. I had put on 1.5lb last week so was aiming to get that off, anything else was going to be a bonus! Thats 18 1/2 in total so only 2 1/2 to go to my next half stone. Its my birthday at the end of October and I have an idea in my head what weight I want to be then... I think that having a goal to work to helps (well, me anyway)
On the house front, got 2 offers today - so things are looking up all round!

Catch up with you all later..

My kids talked me into buying them Kellogg's cocopos straws last week when I went grocery shopping (I wish they would ban all advertising during kids programmes!) Anyway, just nibbled at one and then thought that maybe I shouldn't have done. Looked them up and they are only 2 syns each on red/green -they taste like icecream cones (ones you get on holidays) with a chocolate coating inside - a nice nibble for only 2 syns but watch out... They are VERY moreish!

Honey well done on the weight loss that is brilliant just goes to show that you are doing well. I am sure you will get there by your birthday and great you have two offers.
jenpoptab good luck for the weigh in I am sure you will do well.

I had a great time with my big boss today she is really really nice and I actually like her a lot. Totally down to earth and very friendly.

Been good today had salad at cafe today but not got anything in for dinner so might end up with Bacon and Eggs or something like that. Have not had a drink since Saturday so feeling quite proud of myself (Note I do not have a drink problem just like a glass of wine with dinner). Should help the ld come off too.

Good Luck with the House this time round Honey and well done on the weight loss.

Tallgirl, glad all went well with the big boss, I worked from home today and the link went down, so went down the gym!! :j Must admit bacon and eggs sounds great :D

Jenpoptab, lets hope for a small surprise :) I weighed myself after the gym today, I know completely wrong time! but it looked good to me :j and surely I must only lose a pound in the gym, which still means it could be a good result.

  • Well I weighed mysef on our house scales and was 9 st 13 lb, which is +1lb from last week, which I was expecting as I gobbled chocolate when revising for my exam, but when I went over my friend's house last night I weighed on hers cos she said hers are really accurate ones (mine have been knocking around the house for years), and I was 10 st 5 lbs or something!  (I didn't actually look at the actual weight, when it went up well over 10 st, I just sort of looked at it in shock, and jumped off as if it had bitten me.) I'm really gutted about that, cos the reason I was dieting was that I was determined not to go over the 10 st mark, and not to have to buy size 14. I was really up for working hard at diet and exercise this week now my exam is over, but I kinda feel like I should just give up and resign myself to being fat and slobby forever.
  • I lost 1/2 lb this week. did I make a mistake by eating my Dinner just before I went to s/w? Next week I'll eat when I get back and see if it makes a difference. I also went climbing up Coombe hill in Wendover today. but got lost. My freind and I had two 3yr olds a 2yr old in a buggie and a dog. We had to abanden the pushchair when it got too trecherous. but eventually we made it to the top of the hill (don't know how) We were walking for 3 hours. I had the baby on my shoulders at one point trying to climb a steep path. how we made it up there I don't know but we did eventually. It was a fantastic work out but one we won't be repeating.
    HOW MUCH ?
