Vanilla egg Custard tart with home made plum jam at the bottom, and loads of freshly grated nutmeg on top. Guessed amount of milk for custard, so had too much and poured egg mix into some little dishes. I'll Sprinkle brown sugar on them later, and melt with mini blow torch.0

A low-fat tea loaf today. I had planned to do an awful lot more, but we've helped some friends out today shifting furniture and am absolutely exhausted. I'm planning a proper baking day for later in the week where I'll make some little empanadillas and perhaps another batch of little carrot cakes.
