    Vanilla egg Custard tart with home made plum jam at the bottom, and loads of freshly grated nutmeg on top. Guessed amount of milk for custard, so had too much and poured egg mix into some little dishes. I'll Sprinkle brown sugar on them later, and melt with mini blow torch.

    Cheese and onion granary bread in the airing cupboard as we speak. Will be going in the halogen oven in a couple of hours :)

    just baked some twinks hobnobs, kitchen smells delicious now and is making me hungry!!, cheese and onion bread sounds divine!!, then I'm going to make some pizza dough for a HM pizza for kids tea x

    victoria sponge with cream in the middle and water icing on top, 12 butterfly cakes and 11 fairycakes with chocolate butter icing and dollymixtures.

    welsh cakes and fig rolls made here i've been out of practise for a while ( my garden was needing me ) but showery and cool today so fine to be near the oven

    A low-fat tea loaf today. I had planned to do an awful lot more, but we've helped some friends out today shifting furniture and am absolutely exhausted. I'm planning a proper baking day for later in the week where I'll make some little empanadillas and perhaps another batch of little carrot cakes.

    I have made some brownies and just done some cookie dough to go in freezer for later in the week figured with kids being on half term it would save a bit!
