I am going to make loads of scones. Thought I would try and experiment and whizzed up some oats to flour consistancy, and added them to flour + some baking powder. I have only a few sultanas - love a lot of dried fruit in scones - but I have some dried cranberries and dried apricots (which I have chopped up small) Soaked all dried fruit over night so now I just have to get off this computer and make them !!!!!

Just treated myself to the Humming Bird Bakery cook book £5.57 + nearly £3p+p - the recipes look interesting and now will have to decide which to bake first.:D
