Have made a large cheese and onion loaf to have with our chilli this evening, some weetabix brownies and an 8 egg lemon cake, most of which will go in the freezer to save turning on the over for a while.

I've made Mary Berry's marble cake a few times, it's a lovely recipeDid it come out of the tube pan ok?
I made eclairs today, topped with chocolate and filled with creme chantilly (cream beaten with icing sugar). They are YUM, although it was my first time piping choux pastry so they look a bit... unusual :rotfl:0 -

It did turn out of the pan just fine, thanks. Here at The Lodge we never have anything unusual. Just lots of things with bucket loads of character :rotfl:0 -
