I made some Twinks and some banana and chocolate muffins. Bananas were nearly falling apart so not wasted. Used melon baller to make Twinks which makes a really neat hobnob( my friend`s suggestion so cant take the credit!)

why didnt I think of that! (Im so not a genious!) I make them regularly and the melon baller is just so simple its genious! Thank you to your friend!

I baked some sweet potato and beetroot parcels and some scotch pies.. well my take on them! I also made some "bothy pies" my version of cottage pie, but with fab scots mince beef, scots root veggies and a clapshot topping :) made enough for all the staff and us to have one to taste test too, results are promising :)
    gn guys :)

Kids are baking for us today at school. My daughter is doing a tropical fruit crumble - only reason its tropical is the coconut on top of the crumble. Fruit used - blueberries, raspberries, apples, rhubarb and peach.

My son is repeating his weekend effort of traybake brownie.

made some roasted beetroot and sweet potato parcel things, and made fresh pasta for the first time, which i made lasagne for all of us live in peeps, (that was the reason I made pasta, i had no sheets for the lasagne!) and then experimented with various ravioli fillings with left over pasta! haggis ravioli owns! as does smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill!
