Not technically a bake but made this in the night:
Was super simple and tastes amazing too. Smashed up a load and going to put it into honeycomb ice cream in a week or two (froze it for now). Yum!

An improvised pasta bake. I used wm pasta twists, bacon bits which were very salty so I rinsed them in cold water several times (saved the water to pour over the weeds on the patio, salt works beautifully as a weed killer), veg from the freezer which included haricot and kidney beans and petits pois, grated carrot, onion, and dried garlic with a well seasoned white sauce poured over. I've run out of cheese so I made the topping with breadcrumbs mixed with an old packet of crushed cheese and onion crisps. It smells good, it's amazing what you can do when there's very little food in the house!0
