Ohh I really need to stop coming on here - the food looks and sounds so good that it just makes me hungry.....
I bought 2 of the small bhunt tins from Ald!, because they were so cute (not very OS thinking, I know), so will bake 2 vanvilla and choc marble cakes whilst the roast is doing its thing - if I can work it out, I will post a pic, but it won,t look as good as the aboveNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

I have some dough proving which will be made into a Paul Hollywood recipe ciabatta - I hope.
The dough is incredibly wet and sticky, so I had to add a little more flour (which may make the texture of the loaf a bit tighter).0 -
I'll make the usual loaf today. I make the dough in the breadmaker but bake the loaf in the oven which is a huge improvement on taste. I've been playing with the ingredients so sometimes it's more brown or with different seeds mixed in.
