:rotfl: it took me ages to figure out how to post pictures. They look delicious, my address is... :)

Also regarding your question, best to feather before the chocolate has set. Hope that help!

Ohh I really need to stop coming on here - the food looks and sounds so good that it just makes me hungry.....

I bought 2 of the small bhunt tins from Ald!, because they were so cute (not very OS thinking, I know), so will bake 2 vanvilla and choc marble cakes whilst the roast is doing its thing - if I can work it out, I will post a pic, but it won,t look as good as the above :(

I have some dough proving which will be made into a Paul Hollywood recipe ciabatta - I hope.
The dough is incredibly wet and sticky, so I had to add a little more flour (which may make the texture of the loaf a bit tighter).

I'll make the usual loaf today. I make the dough in the breadmaker but bake the loaf in the oven which is a huge improvement on taste. I've been playing with the ingredients so sometimes it's more brown or with different seeds mixed in. I'm loving it :)

Can you post the recipe for this? Was it as nice as a cake made with eggs etc.? It looks fab!
