Ha!! Only took me just over an hour to get the picture on.
Was trying everything with dropbox with no success. Was dead easy with picturebucket but now I need to learn how to resize!!
I made this cake for the first time and it is very lemony. Lovely.
I also realised after I had made the filling that I had made homemade lemon curd which was delicious!Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -
my dad was given some apples by his neighbour, on closer inspection all the apples were bruised, brown or full of insects. My dad was all for throwing them in the bin but I peeled chopped and sorted them and made some stewed apple.
turned half of them into a apple cake with a cinnamon crumble topping.
It turned out ok, not brilliant but edible and made use of the apples.0 -
Made 20 50/50 rolls, 12 shortbread rounds and 2 dozen butterfly cakes. Made them yesterday but was too tired to post last night. Today I made a dozen mini bread cases for the freezer, to be filled as and when I need them.0

For Zero Waste Week I've used scrapings from a chicken carcass, peelings from the last two days veg and the jelly from cooking the chicken in the sc, added it all to some flour and an egg, and turned it all into dog biscuits.0
