    I'll just manage a loaf in the breadmaker today as we still have no working oven, grrrhhh.... DD1 made a birthday cake for DD2 in the wood stove, very impressive and determined :):):)

    I haven't baked anything in ages as have been quite busy with work but am away for a couple of nights and off Sunday and Monday so will have to maybe get my baking books out. Saying that though, I need to go and pick more brambles for my wine making and the elderberries when they are ready.

    Just not enough hours in the week. :(
