    I've made healthy banana cake....

    2x bashed bananas
    100g of crushed almonds
    Table spoon of poppy seeds
    2x eggs
    Teaspoon of baking powder

    Hope it turns out ok!

    How did it go please? Any chance of a pic? If not, did you make individual cakes or a loaf tin or something else? Just reallllly interested in this! :j Thanks x

    I'll just manage a loaf in the breadmaker today as we still have no working oven, grrrhhh.... DD1 made a birthday cake for DD2 in the wood stove, very impressive and determined :):):)

  • I haven't baked anything in ages as have been quite busy with work but am away for a couple of nights and off Sunday and Monday so will have to maybe get my baking books out. Saying that though, I need to go and pick more brambles for my wine making and the elderberries when they are ready.

    Just not enough hours in the week. :(
